This studio is the holy grail! I have a history of daily back pain and after just 2 classes it's virtually gone! The instructors are knowledgeable and everyone is accepted where they're at in their yoga practice. I never feel pressured to do a pose that isn't comfortable. It's just a wonderful place to be!

The staff was great! They made sure I was acclimated and ready to go for my first class. I appreciated that they spoke to us after the class just about who we are and what brought us to class. They weren't trying to sell us apparel, get us to buy a bigger package or anything. Just really friendly and cared about us as humans. Excited to come back!

This is a great studio and they are handling the pandemic well- great policies on masks and they've installed air filtration systems and proper limits on class sizes. The classes are varied so any level of yogi can find the right fit. I've done several and love the power classes and the relax and restore. It's a great piece to support physical and mental health with a caring community.

It had been years since I did yoga and never practiced regularly. I was a bit nervous when I arrived for my first class at Baptiste Power Yoga Indianapolis, but found the owner, teacher and community so friendly- and I found the flow so enjoyable- that I signed up for more classes that same day. Seven months later I am now practicing 5-6 days a week because BPYI is more than yoga. It is a friendly and supportive community that has given me the tools to feel physically and mentally stronger. The teachers are very encouraging and knowledgeable in Baptiste Power Yoga. They are attentive and give verbal cues and suggestions for modifications to help enhance alignment. There are a variety of classes and workshops offered both in studio and livestream. I feel very safe in the studio due to multiple steps the owners have taken during this time of COVID-19. I live 20 minutes away so take some of the classes on Zoom. The teachers do a great job including those participating online. Highly recommend.

BPYI is such an amazing studio. The instructors are welcoming and helpful, and really foster a sense of community. Classes are challenging and accessible for all levels - so much support and good energy from the teachers! Highly recommend, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

The space is lovely, clean and inviting. All of the instructors teach well to any level of student in the room. I did the first month for $30 and felt so much stronger, energized and healthier after only one month. I love Baptiste yoga, this studio and the vision the owners, Greg and Cindi, have for bringing wellness to this area.

I love the positivity at this studio. It is very community oriented and the instructors do an amazing job of guiding students throughout the practice. There is a class for everyone at this studio and it doesn't matter the level that you are at. They also do a great job of organizing different workshops to expand your practice. It isn't intimidating and it is full of fun positive vibes! I love it at Baptiste!

BPYI is such a warm and welcoming yoga studio!!! The owners Cindi and Greg are two of the kindest people you will ever meet! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio offers a wide variety of yoga classes - from physically challenging HOT power yoga to the calming stretch of a yin class. I love this place!!!! The studio also offers a great intro package to try unlimited the first month - this is awesome for those who want to try a ton of classes to see what they like.

Greg & Cindi are powerful in creating space for virtual classes- beginners will be able to follow along through simple instructions as well as video demos, advanced yogis can be sure to find their power on this journey. Looking forward to what they will create in a physical studio coming soon!
