The owner of this place is a prick. The staff are rude and had it not been for the fact that there is no other available option for the times we play, we would not play here. Our game starts at 8 am but they open the doors later than that and as soon as it’s 9 am, on the dot, the owner walks in mid-game interrupting our last minutes as if we owns the place…oh yeah he does own the place and abuses his authority. As customers that have been coming for years, we just ask for some courtesy.

I was extremely disappointed to say the least. They had scheduled back to back games with no break in between which meant not only our team game was delayed but it was extremely crowded. On top of that upstairs balcony was closed. With the increasing cases they should try to schedule games apart so number of people are reduced inside.Second problem is that Refs don't protect goalkeeper in the game. Normally refs stop the other team players once goalkeeper has touched the ball. Not here though, i saw 4-5 collisions and one time other player almost connected their kick with the goalkeeper's head.

Indoor is cool itself, but management is terrible and make playing unfortunate.

I do not usually write bad reviews, but I have never paid so much money for bad service.Terrible customer service...1. Disrespectful staff sit behind the counter and laugh off what you’re saying or ignore you completely. There was one person who did try to help, but the systems are disorganized.2. They require numbers on the back ironed(no tape or writing) but do not have any iron and will charge per game if you do not have one.3. Refs..there was a not a ref for half the first part and when the 1 ref appeared they did not seem to know all the rules4. Game times change and there is no alert system. So you have to continually check the websiteWe paid 3 fees to play, so we will play this year. If you can play somewhere else... do so!

I've been playing here a little over 10 years. It's not the nicest facility as far as cleanliness, but I think it's fine for going in and playing an indoor game or 2. The staff is chill and the refs are generally good with the occasional bad ref or average ref who has a bad game. Lot of regulars that go there who enhance the experience because they're good people.

Poor management and bad customer service. All they care about is money they don’t care if you are safe or having fun playing soccer. I played on Tuesday night adult league and had a bad experience. They are so cheap that they only assign one referee to your games and that referee has no ref certification or grade 8. Most of the time referees are under age and has no experience so there is a high chance that referee can’t control the game and you’ll get hurt. (There are couple of good referees but 80% are just young with no experience and certification)They make the games so intense that we had to just leave in middle of the game so we don’t get hurt.3 of our players broke bones because of bad calls.Like I said all they care about is to get your money and don’t care about your safety.

If you want to play in a league that is WAY overpriced compared to the professionalism and management provided then play here! I have played a few seasons here and after this last time I played I had to write a review. The officials here are HORRIBLE. There is probably two decent officials here, with one named Billy who is great at what he does and is fair to both teams while managing the game very well. The other officials WILL cost you games on bullshit calls with no obvious reasoning. I understand officials have hard job having been one myself, but not giving cards when needed to control a game and counting goals that should not have been counted has happened too many times. We played in the Championship of a Men league recently and the referee literally cost us the game by allowing multiple goals that were caused by his error and lack of knowledge, while not pulling a blue card to save his life! If a ball crosses the goal line after the clock is out, then it is NOT a goal. According to this facility it is though! It is ridiculous to have to pay that much for a league to get bad officials in a Championship game. We only lost 2 games all season, both being due to horrible officiating and costly mistakes on their end. The management is equally as ridiculous for not correcting the problem in a Championship game and letting referees go untrained.Moral of the story:Facility is pretty decent to play onWAY overpriced for quality of management and professionalismOfficials are untrained and unfair, and should probably get out of the professionManagement lack required skills and professionalism , and will back their untrained officialsWASTE OF MONEY AND TIMEFind somewhere else to play!

The playing facilities are great (full size field is in solid condition), but the management and their policies are awful - to the point I would suggest you NOT play here.Just read the previous reviews by others below to understand what policies and terrible (occasionally deceptive) customer service is to be expected. They have not changed. If you sign up to play on a certain day (say, Sunday), expect to play 25% of your games on a different day.Refereeing is a toss up in terms of quality, but it's a recreational league so it's not high on my complaint list. Although for the $85/game they charge in team fees, you'd expect some consistently decent officiating. Really, it's just one or two bad ref's who ruin the experience and the rest are pretty good referees and people to work with.

I play here on a Wednesday night coed league and I have to say I am pleased with the facility. I have been to others around town and I enjoy the most being here. With a super tall ceiling and the field layout the size of a hockey rink its much better than the field sizes when compared to Blue Sky or Indoor soccer zone. I will continue to play here because of the reasonable team fees and the manager I deal with, Ben, who is great to work with.
