Hicks is a PHENOMENAL coach and mentor. My son goes here and he has done a complete 180. We have made some amazing like minded friends. We looked at multiple other gyms and they just didn’t have the standard of coaching, mentorship, and training we wanted to instill in our son. His standards are way above the bar of other gyms and the kids he trains are MILES ahead of other kids in other gym.I’ll put it to y’all simple, my son will train with Hicks for life. Period.

We've been coming here for about 7 months. In that time, my son has turned into a very respectful young man. Professor Hicks is incredibly talented and very patient with his students. Coach Gavin is great with my boy and his class. I am so proud of how hard my son has been working, and I am so thankful he asked us to sign him up for Jujitsu. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough.

We love Hicks, our son just turned 5 and has been taking classes for a yr. now. Coach Gavin, has an incredible amount of patience and has given our son great leadership advice that has transpired in his everyday life.Being around like minded parents that want nothing more than to see their children succeed is a definite plus. Coach Hicks, has provided a great space for any child to thrive and build not only technical skills but a strong foundation.Couldn’t recommend Hicks MMA more, truly!

Been going to hicks MMA for almost a year and my child loves it. He ask me just about everyday if he trains tonight. We train 3 days a week. And enjoys every minute of it. Gavin and hicks corrects the kids when they do a move wrong. They make sure they are doing the moves the right way. And if a kid doesn’t understand they will work one on one for a few minutes to make sure they get it will have them train with their partner and watch and coach them through it. Would highly recommend this place.

My nephew attends HicksMMA and I’ve seen him grow and gain confidence in the time he’s been attending. You can tell the coaches know their stuff and ensure the kids do as well, especially during tournaments. Would recommend to any parent!

It's been over a year that our son started his jiu-jitsu journey with Coach Hicks and we are so happy he did! Not only was he welcomed with open arms, but we were as well. The gym provides a family environment that promotes encouragement and growth from all levels. Coach Hicks and other staff members are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about each person's development and success. The gym is always very clean and well maintained also!
