This gym is decent at best. Whats annoying is how they insist on making multiple closing announcements like were stupid! Many of us are educated professionals who ourselves may manage others. Alternate gyms are 10.00 a month and 25.00 gives national access so be glad some of us are still willing to pay more! 2 rival gyms will open in plano and 1 will be 24 hours so let's stop being petty went you don't even guarantee clean bathrooms

I don't like to write negative reviews. I called up asking if I could freeze my membership, spoke with one of the "managers" Henry. He was SO rude and condescending, he sounded so fed up being there. He said I would get an email confirmation and didn't let me know on the phone there would be a $10 FEE every month until I came back to check in. Loved working out there, but staff is incredibly unprofessional.

My favorite gym! Everything is always clean! The sense of community is great, and the staff is amazing as well. -1 star due to having my wallet stolen out of my car! GYM MEMBERS BEWARE: DO NOT leave your windows cracked open no matter how hot it gets. I’m so sad this area is not what it used to be. Apparently this is happening in a lot of fitness settings. Not the staffs or gyms fault; they are 5 STARS. I’ve been a loyal member here because I truly love it. The world is just getting crazy. STAY SAFE OUT HERE! THIEVES STAY AWAY. YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE.

Great place, lots of machines. The ellipticals are not always maintained as well as the treadmills. Has a lap pool, basketball court and racket ball courts.

How can a gym get by without any access to wi-fi? I've been to most other LA Fitness and ESporta locations in the DFW area and this is quite literally the only one I've been to without access to club wifi. Poor cell reception on Verizon and ATT results in a need for this club.

Great gym for people getting into fitness. Definitely not for athletes with the lack of space and equipment for body building or power lifting. If you just want to get a simple work out in, go here.

Manager is never on-site. I’m trying to cancel the membership from past one month and have been to the gym thrice between 9 to 5 and I couldn’t get hold of him. Joining us very easy but when you try to cancel it they will give you a hard time

Well equipped, plenty of space. Gets very crowded in the evenings, no one seems to wipe down equipment before or after use. It appears all LA Fitness gyms are open the same hours, wish they were open longer.

Very clean gym and a great staff. The equipment was not worn out or old. Plenty of space to workout.

I tried this LA fitness today and it would’ve been great experience but unfortunately my phone signal went down and I couldn’t access my music.Also there was no FREE WI-FI CANT BELEVE THAT. I hope they do something in this regard.
