JoJo was terrible. She was zero help. Just sitting there at the front desk in her phone with her AirPods in clueless doing zero work. Doesn’t even know how to use her companies app. What’s they point of a front desk person if they can’t do anything!?This gym so a scam. They tell you you can only CANCEL with a manager then a manger is NEVER there every time you try’s to catch 1 on schedule.

Sad to say that this is my home gym. Used to be fairly good, but over the past two years it seems to be on a steady decline. Images like the one a attached are more common nowadays. Update... this gym sadly 😥 has gotten worse. I rotate between the Victorville CA, Fontana CA, Long Beach ca Fullerton CA. Carson is BAD and it seems like it will not change. I would give it no stars if I could.

I cant believe how this gym is falling apart. Nobody is held responsible at this place. I remember when staff would walk around and pick up weights that these people would leave on the floor. They used to be so clean. Now it a mess. All the machines have dust bunnies all around it, 2nd floor is just trashed paper towels all over not being swept in the corners more dust bunnies. The mens restroom is disgusting not being cleaned and disinfectant mirrors are terrible. Under the Urinals are yellow not cleaned. Toilets clogged with tp. Its just all bad. I urge the owner the people in charge of the west side to come out and see for urself. Dont announce it just pop up nd see for urself, or r u to busy for that. Such a shame

BEWARE: Ladies locker room has a ROACH problem.Tried to tell a "volunteer named Amanda" who I thought was a employee since she walks around pushing a trash can with all the cleaning bottles hanging from it. Her response was "I'm just a volunteer & everyone is responsible for picking up their trash." She appears to be sifting through the trash bins throughout the gym collecting cans n bottles. Not concerned At All about roaches nor trash in shower area. After dressing I spoke to front desk about her rude/unprofessional response & that she didn't try to solve the problem. Members need employees that are going to listen & resolve the roach problem n or trash. NOT "volunteers" walking around gym collecting cans/plastic bottles.

Just want it to thank the club manager and her team at the carson location for always keeping positive vibes when people walk in. She and her team always working and reracking the weights we as members use thank you guys!

So dirty and now workers show up late repeatedly.

They need to be sued for "false advertisement", they're definitely not open 24 hours.

They need to be opened 24 hours I live 2 minutes away from the gym and don’t want to travel to other gyms because this one is not opened 24 hours

The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is clean and stocked. Even when I called in and needed help updating information a staff member was patient, kind and courteous to help instead of trying to direct me to online options she kindly took the time to help me. Thank you and continue to be excellent!
