This place is awesome, not too busy and clean. They also have great customer service . The showers and the restrooms are always clean. They have many updated cardio machines and limiting room. Love this gym.

None of the showers have a curtain. Would be nice to have some privacy while showering. Always out of paper towels and disinfectant to clean the equipment. There is always equipment broken and takes weeks to fix 1. Not to mention this place is always crowded.

I've been going to private gym for years I went to the 21st Fitness late at night to meet a friend of mine and I was pretty impressed that they have free towels unlimited the place has a lot of good machines it was reasonably clean I wouldn't use the pool myself but I didn't see anything unhygienic there it's very well maintained I was really impressed $40 versus the 150 and 200 that we paying private gyms it kind of almost similar and it opens up anytime I like to work out late and I was surprised that some people there are actually working out at night and staying for. The basketball court was also very nice very vast and private

Do not sign up for a 3 day pass! We came here 45 minutes ago and we have been waiting to use the gym. We have been waiting for a manager to sign a piece of paper. Customer service is a joke.So after waiting over 45 minutes the manager tried to pressure me to buy a membership without even seeing the gym. I told him no thanks just shopping. After another 10 minutes I finally got to see the gym. They do not have enough staff to keep the place clean. I won't be back. The place is a mess. Worse 24 hour fitness I ever seen. Free weights and plates all over the ground.

I just spent 15 minutes trying to call this location and got the run around with the automated phone service..I really just wanted to find out information about signing up with them. No bueno.

I've been there 3 times to take a group x class and the kids club was closed, when it was supposed to be open. I asked to speak to a manager each time and after 20 minutes of the person at the front desk searching for one they come back to report only the sales manager is available and they are in the middle of closing memberships 🙄 …

Was planning on switching from LA Fitness to this 24 hour since it’s closer to home, but there’s a catch! They charge an annual facility fee every year on top of your monthly payment.
