I love the class availability and variety of things they teach from kids mma, strength & conditioning, boxing/kickboxing, Muay Thai, juijitsu, run club, and sparring. This place has it all for the whole family. The coaches are great with all experience levels. Once you join you feel like a big family at Brood9.

The coaches are some of the best ever. Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu are very enjoyable classes and are broken down perfectly for both newcomers and veterans alike. The coaches are also great at encouraging you to push yourself within your skill level

I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I have to say that the atmosphere of this place is absolutely amazing. The coaching from all of it's instructors is superb. The people that come here for classes are also amazing. I love this place, it changed my life for the better.
