If you go after midnite, like I do, you have practically use of the whole. Hardly anybody except for the customer service supporter. And it's always clean

I go in early (5:30am) when it's not so busy and I'm able to get a good workout in. So far, it's been a great experience

only one shower working. The drain is clogged and there is a lot of water in the locker rooms. You can't see much of it in photos but they are horrible. more than 5 people waiting.

Lots of machines. The place is clean. I love rowing machines. They had two, one out of order and the other was garbage. I hope those machines get fixed. Other then that, it's a good gym.

After 10 pm. Is the only time to go, employees are not pretentious or condescending towards members who are realestatevly challenged ( homeless )Management literally told it staff not to engage in conversation with vagrents or undesirables.I understand that my place of dwelling is an eye sore, however i do pick up trash in the parking lot and make sure all cars are safe , it is my way of paying back for space utilized.Since ive been here no cars have been messed with or anything stollen.I never ask for a hand out and i never haras gym members, talk or even make eye contact.I apologize for being homless but im not sorry for the way i feel.

This place has become a homeless encampment. There’s several cars that take an entire row up where the members are supposed to park. They have dog feces on the ground that members have to walk through or around to go inside the gym there’s trash, metal poles ,chairs, all kinds of unsanitary items in the parking lot that members have to walk through or pass to go into the gym. It’s not fair nor is it safe. I have to circle the parking lot about 10 times and still have to wait.40 minutes for a park because the homeless encampment has taken up an entire section.I don’t want to park anywhere near them. Members shouldn’t have to deal with unsanitary conditions. A gym parking lot is not a spot for a Homeless encampment whether they have a membership there or not. The fact that the homeless people try to make the gym employees feel bad. is sickening. They know right from wrong and they know they cannot walk those big old bags full of trash. You pulled from the trash into a facility is all kinds of germs and diseases on them items.A lot of homeless people have mental health issues, and if they ever attack any gym member, planet fitness will be held liable because they are doing nothing about this serious problem.
