The places I have been to so far are clean and kept up. Staff is friendly and helpful

I met a lot of gym buddies, but when I come at 530am I feel that the paper towels should be all ready replenished and not empty very inconvenient.

Amazing trainer and crew! I've been blessed to hit goals I set for the year and continue to raise the bar, thanks to the great set of equipment and guidance from the trainer, David - one of the most genuine and pleasant trainers I have worked with in years !! Highly recommend joining Planet Fitness Carson !!

I usually go to the gym at 4:00am. And I’m always greeted with a smile by the overnight lead Olga. She is great and always so helpful. She is the reason I continue to visit Planet Fitness Carson and will continue to recommend this gym to friends, family and colleagues.

I go to this planet almost every day and despite the fact that there are times when it is saturated, it is a good experience.I would also like to give my opinion in ROGER TEDI's review, I was there when I saw him on the sofa and when I passed to the massage chairs, he was still on the sofa, about 1 hour and a half passed, he was fast asleep, there was another man just as asleep in the massage chairs, she spoke to him about 6 times because he didn't wake up I didn't hear him read I speak badly. I think you don't go to the gym to sleep, the fact that you pay for the service doesn't invite you to stay for 5 hours.

This a good location despite its crowd of people growing. It use to be easy to go between certain hours now it doesn't matter what time you go. It's a hit or miss. Some folks who don't go in to work out just linger in the bathroom. Ultimately it's a good spot.

When I came to this planet fitness the lady with black hair was extremely rude and treated us as if we were sub humans. I asked her where I could charge my cell phone and she pointed at the desk acting as if she was talking to a dog, then said she was not on the clock and would not answer any of my questions.When she came back from her break or whatever she was doing she started harassing me for sitting in the lounge charging my phone, then called security to have me and another person who was sitting on the couch removed. We were told the couch is only for display and nobody is actually allowed to sit there. Although we still had passes we were still forced to leave.When I went to take a picture of this lady harassing me she ran away and threatened to call the police but I was able to get this picture anyway. Because of being forced outside after I was in the shower I got sick while my feet were wet and it was a little cold outside.It wouldn’t have been all that difficult to let us wait until buses started running again but it seemed she intentionally tried to inconvenience us and was a truly horrible person.

Always being greeted is the 1st experience to a good workout. The staff is friendly and willing to help when needed. Having sanitation stations are a powerful tool to staying safe and well, thank you for them.I enjoy my workouts and only wish some gym growers wouldn't hog one pitacular type of equipment during my entire workout session until I am ready to leave. Otherwise my experience is worth being a member 👊🏽💯

This gym is amazing. I'm a late night gym attendee, so I can't speak for the day time goers. It's clean, and everyone follows the mask rule and wipes down their stations. The staff is amazing!!! Love the night crew!!!!They have an extensive amount of equipment and the Black Card is the way to go. The perks of paying a little extra will definitely allow you to enjoy the gym to the max.

I like this gym. With your black card you can get a massage in the water chair for your legs or upper body. Never fill to capacity. Staff is always friendly. Plenty of parking. 90% of the people wipe down the equipment after they use the machines. Mask is required once you enter the gym.
