Really bad experience here they are not reasonable at all with the contract I sing up 4 3 months use it few times like 4 or 5, and 6 months later I still been charged situations in life happens not been able to go, so please be carful.Better to sing up for a gym cheaper and on your on time, like you know Leif is not easy, you won’t get refund a refund even explaining or anythingKeep and eye on what you sing for people now in days are going just for the money 💴

Before you decide to go with this company and subject yourself to their snake-like business practices and unprofessional treatment for potential customers, look elsewhere. The first thing they'll do is try to get you to sign their contract by making it sound like you can cancel anytime, but they won't inform you that they only give you FIVE DAYS after you sign anything with them to cancel. (It's one of the sections that you would sign your initials) This is what happened to me, as I was under the impression that I could cancel anytime. Before the program started, my schedule had changed because of my new scheduling at work, which left me with a scheduling conflict to participate in the program. I was spoken to in a very combative, disrespectful and highly unprofessional manner when I requested a refund, but what surprised me the most was that this treatment was perpetrated by someone by the name of Christa, who I believe was a manager or the owner. She sounded as though she was offended at the mere request of me asking for a refund of MY money, that I DIDN'T REALIZE was tied to a CONTRACT that wasn't refered to as such. Five days after signing!?! Are you serious!?! I would have NEVER signed such a document with them or any company had they explained thoroughly what I was signing. They like to tell you you can cancel anytime, to get you to sign, but they won't make it clear that it's anytime within that FIVE DAYS after signing said contact. If you come here, do yourself a favor don't sign a single document unless they explain THAT WHOLE contract to you. Better yet when they say 'you can cancel anytime' ask them what they mean by that, for your own sake. This company seems good on the surface, but I can already see that there are Snakes in the grass at this place. I'm good. There are much better gyms out there. As a matter of fact, I'll plug one in on this review as a token of my appreciation for my experience with this company. CHECK OUT THE UFC GYM instead, much better deals, you can ACTUALLY cancel anytime because they have a monthly subscription which isn't bad on the price, and the coaches are very positive and show a REAL interest in your fitness, rather than keeping your hard earned money hostage. So, my experience with this company is summed up to this: I was conned out of my $67 and got an attitude from a highly unprofessional manager. Two thumbs down. 👎🏾👎🏾

Front desk Sofia is just not professional, has no knowledge on application forms maybe she needs more training. I went to sign up for the 4 week challenge and she was so rude. I only signed up because the trainer Emerson is really good he is the one who explained the whole program but other than that this place is missing more charismatic people. I’ve been to the East LA location and it’s just so different, I thought Carson location would be the same but I was mistaken. If I could I’d take my business elsewhere!
