I started coming to Burn during the summer of the pandemic and loved it! The workouts are adjusted to each person's need. Although its group fitness, their trainers are very interactive. No two workouts are the same. The community is amazing.

Burn Boot Camp Cary is the BEST. No two workouts are the same, high energy every day, amazing trainers who care about YOU! I'm a person who hates working out and has always gotten tired of gyms. Not the case with Burn- I'm always challenged and never bored. I'm going on year 3 of membership and go 5 days a week. There is a great community at Burn that makes all the difference, you are never in a workout alone. I also use the universal membership when I travel.

Burn Boot Camp is more than a gym, it’s a community. I get up and go to 5:30am camp knowing that my Burn Sisters are expecting me to show up which helps with accountability. I also appreciate not having to think up a workout myself that early in the morning. The trainers always bring great variety to each camp.

I’ve been a member for over a year and I absolutely love Burn Cary!! I wake up everyday eager to get back into the gym. The members are so inspiring & motivating. The trainers are awesome, they bring so much energy and push me. I am so much stronger than when I started and can do things I never thought I could do! Try it, you won’t regret and you might even become addicted! 💪🏼

I went in to lose weight (A lot) I came out with a family of ladies who push and motivate you. Very challenging and the instructors are all amazing!

Very good gym and fun classes. The instructors are great. I wish it was a little bit more affordable and offered more short-term memberships, but since it is a franchise and the local managers can't make that decision, I won't subtract any stars for this.

Best workout I've ever had. Always rotating so you get full body workout... cardio, strength training. Fantastic community of women! I go 5 days a week faithfully and love it! It will change your life and how you see fitness.

Wow is this a great workout. Trainers are excellent and energetic. Equipment is kept in tip top shape. The spring floor is great for these old lady joints! Even when very crowded they ensure that you get an excellent workout in. The focus meetings are a nice touch especially for those without another type of accountability group. Lots of class times and free child care while you're working out makes it hard to find an excuse to get your burn on.

Been doing this for 5 months and never bored. It's different every day, works in strength and cardio, and the trainers are fantastic. The 45 min flies by and it's the best workout.
