Always busy, and giving months-long free passes to high schoolers exacerbates the crowding even further. Paper towel dispensers are seldom replaced and I frequently find myself walking from dispenser to dispenser to find one with paper towels, all while the front desk is staffed with 2 people who don’t check.

The gym is great and well organized but Honestly don’t understand why planet fitness promotes there $10 a month but don’t add that they also charge a $59 sign up fee totally beats the purpose of say “only $10 a month”!!

Good equipment and facilities for the vaule paid.Where I can see a great area for improvement is how the staff (management) addresses some issues, which could be more professional and costumer focused.The concern I have as a costumer is the atitude from the assistant manager and how it was addressed; as it was rather rude.To be more specific, my girlfriend wasn't wearing the proper footware, which we understand was the cause of this issue and we actually agree that the assistant manager is doing her job by following the guidance that was instructed to her... All good there.... The way on how the issue was addressed, the attitude and how my girlfriend was approached, is what deserves some attention from management.In todays world , we dont really know what someone is struggling with in their personal life. So I believe that a company offering a wellnes product, such as a gym, should provide proper trainig (specially to managerial positions) on how to address and aproach costumers/members in an effective way.Hope this review helps you, planet fitness, elevate the costumer satisfaction and become an even stronger and commited compan

This was my 1st time at this location. Great customer service, cleanliness, and great setup here. I am very satisfied with this location. Also, this location offers a few different machines than some of the other locations that I've been to.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is energetic and lively. All the equipment and workout areas are kept neat and organized. The locker rooms and showers were spotless but I’d recommend new shower heads. All in all a great and unique experience.
