Knowledgable instructors and a clean studio. The hands on help, and the use of a mirror to improve postures are so helpful. Great spot to work out in the triangle. Not to mention the free week deal is unbeatable.

I had my 40th birthday party at Core Power and the staff was amazing! They had balloons for me when I got there and we had a private class. Christy was so great and we loved her class. I will be coming back to Core Power to workout.

I have been practicing for years and I love this place. Everyone is really helpful and kind. Very nice studio, I would recommend core power yoga to friends or anyone who enjoys yoga. Thanks for coming to the community. I have the black tag membership which is awesome !! me and hubby travel a lot so I can go to any location nation wide love it!! I also have the app that has schedules for all locations and you can put on your calendar to remind you what time your class starts love it!!
