She is very knowledgable. You cant get this level of personal treatment in any other studio. This yoga class helped me more with my painful sciatica in 6 months than 2 years other PT, at a fraction of the cost.

Melissa is a wonderful yoga instructor. She blends her scientific therapy experience with the nuances of yoga very well. Her way of teaching /explaining is simple and unique. Melissa's studio has great ambiance too.

Melissa is amazing! She has a remarkable depth of knowledge. She has helped me gain a better insight into the root causes of my pain, and helped develope an exercise plan that I have been using almost daily for a year.Melissa has also assessed and treated my daughter who has been going to physical therapy on and off for most of her life. She is a great motivator and good listener. My daughter regularly does her exercises without my need to intervene.My eldest daughter has enjoyed the teen yoga classes.Time is well spent at this studio.

Melissa is an incredibly knowledgable, experienced instructor who puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. No gym or big yoga studio pretense or competitive atmosphere, just a nice, comfortable setting to practice yoga- perfect!
