Eric is an amazing personal trainer! He is very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, kind hearted, very personable and such a pleasure to work with! He does a great job at personalizing his workouts for each of his clients and also provides modifications if needed! The BEST person trainer around! I highly recommend him!

Eric is the best trainer! He is professional, friendly, dedicated to helping others and a great people person. His workouts are both fun and challenging, which I like! He customizes workouts to individual needs and desires to what body parts they would like to target and work on. I would DEFINITELY recommend Eric if you are looking for a personal trainer!!

I love working out with Eric. I had surgery on my foot and could not do regular exercise classes. He was able to work around my foot pain, and still get my heart rate up to where I felt like I had worked out. The workouts are never the same, lots of variety. Working out with Eric has helped me keep my weight from going up with the limited mobility problem with m my foot. I would highly recommend him. I also feel I have gotten stronger. He gently pushes me to do things I would not do on my own. Eric is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and sleep. He has helped me with those too. I would say exercising with Eric would be a great choice.

I have been working out with Eric 2 to 3 days a week for over 5 years now. I just turned 70 and am still very active and athletic. Thanks to Eric, I am in the best shape of my life while also helping me manage and recover from various injuries. I used to be a gym rat, but Eric taught me the benefits of rotating my workouts instead just doing what I was good at or enjoyed the most. Most of all, Eric makes the workouts fun while being flexible to my needs and schedule. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough. He is the best investment of time and money I spend every month.
