In addition to being a great place to exercise, Lifetime Cary has an excellent chiropractor on staff. Dr. Laurie Buob expertly combines her chiropractic and personal training expertise. Laurie truly listens. She partners with you to identify health goals, create a plan, and assess progress. I am healing, gaining strength, and learning how to avoid future injury. Thriving!

I honestly can’t speak enough great things about this place. From the employees, to the trainers and even management. Everyone’s willing to help you out. If there’s any issues or concerns, they take care of it. Everyone (even the members) just mind their own business, is nice to anyone and everyone understands that they’re there to improve, no matter what level you’re on.Best of all, the employees and management know how to do their job very well. Personal trainers as well. I was always hesitant on personal trainers b/c to me I always see them lounging around as they train someone like they don’t really care about it. Not in lifetime. I can tell every personal trainer there focuses and makes sure they’re taking their clients to a higher level. Shout out to Bobby who trains me. If I have any questions the trainers are always there for you.I tried once to find another gym that’s cheaper but nothing beats this gym. It’s to good to pass up and worth every penny.

I have been a member of Lifetime for a couple of years. The gym is extremely immaculate, and the equipment is top of the line. The services and classes offered is very impressive. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating, and are willing to help out in any way! Upper management is very professional.

Great gym, good customer service. The life café always offers good healthy meals. We belong to this gym for three years now and we cannot complain. Can improve by sanitizing showers and steam rooms more often, as there are too many people now, but in general it’s just good.

Awesome. This health club has everything! The staff are very professional and nice, the cafe food is fresh and tasty. I came in to soak, steam and sauna, and was surprised to find they have a whole spa/salon here as well. I'm just in town travelling but I wish I could be a regular member. I will be back on a day pass again before I leave to try out the rock climbing and other activities.
