Great for powerlifters and oly lifters alike! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rob got me set up quickly and put me in touch with my coach Josh, and I can’t recommend him enough!

It's a little different from my gym but, its a little more geared to Olympic lifting. Not a bad gym but not a conjugate gym for sure. Everyone is very nice. Everything you need for conventional powerlifting.

Great gym! I was visiting from out of town and did a drop in for some oly lifting. Set up and instructions were straight forward and the owner was quick to answer via email. It was legitimately the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to, even the bars didn’t have chalk on them because everyone cleans after using. The only down side was that there wasn’t a great space to do any stretching for warm up/cool down/accessories that I saw (I might have missed it). I just kind of stretched in front of/on the platform I was going to use because there were several open. Will probably drop in again next time I’m in town!

Visited from out of town, the process for dropping in was all remote and online, response time was very good. Gym itself very well stocked with all the powerlifting goodies, including bars, platforms, benches, dumbbells, squat racks. Ample parking, good tunes.

This is a great strength and powerlifting gym. It is more for specialized training. It is not a big box gym crowded with hundreds of people. There are no showers or locker rooms even though they're are restrooms. They have mostly free weights instead of resistance machines. I like that you can focus on your goals. There is 24 Hour access via an app. You can have a basic membership. You can also add a strength training program. Then you can add specialized sessions. Those are at an additional cost. I've been doing that since May of 2021 and have lost 10 pounds of pandemic fat, built tone, muscle, mobility, agility, and strength. "Follow the program!" If you want to get into power lifting, this is a great place to really focus on your goals, without distractions.

A no frills gym with the top powerlifting equipment available. I PRed in squat, bench, and deadlift in my time here. 24 hours, and owner is attentive and responsive. Great atmosphere among everyone who trains at NCS, I recommend to both beginners and experienced lifters.

This is far and away one of the best gyms I have dropped into. Has everything you could ask for as a strength athlete. Will come again if I am ever in town again and need to get a session in.

Outstanding gym with everything you could need as a strength trainee. Emailed owner while in town and got a response almost instantly. Half of the space dedicated to oly lifters and half to the strength athlete. Excellent set up and very clean. Top notch.

Was in the area for work and dropped in here for a workout. Don't miss out, this place is awesome! If you can't get stronger here, your doing something wrong. Great atmosphere, tons of powerlifting and Olympic lifting equipment. If your looking for a fluff and puff gym, this ain't it, this is the place to go get stronger and better with like minded people. Sure hope to be back.
