Can’t say enough about the training received at O2 Park Place. The coaching from John Stevens and Mariesa McCulloch is next level. Totally trust them to make you a better athlete.

This place is a joke. The worst of the worst in the O2 chain. I just waited outside 15 minutes past the opening time this morning. A large group of people formed. Waiting. We left and went to another location. This used to be my daily location, now it is only once a month or so when I’m on this side of town. It has changed a lot. The gym is always a disaster. Complete mess, weights all over the floors, racked horribly …. Or not at all. Clearly the staff isn’t trying very hard to enforce an upstanding location if they can’t even open on time. No sign was posted, no explanation to myself or the 15-20 others who pay to be able to workout but were unable to. Avoid this location specifically.

Pretty average commercial globo gym. Location feels oversold if you ever plan to step foot in the gym around “rush hour”, but that is standard and expected. Was advertised one price and when going to sign up the price was raised and I was told the advertised price was a mistake and would not be honored - I am still a member, so I guess that works for them and I’m part of the problem accepting such sales behavior!

I cannot recommend this gym enough, specifically this location. I have been working out here and training with Mike Soloman, the athletic director, for over a year now and it is not an exaggeration to say the experience has been life changing for me. He is clearly very competent and educated and the progress I've made with his 1:1 sessions is incredible and has benefitted every aspect of my life. All the trainers at this location are incredible and could help you reach whatever your goals are, so just find whoever you click with best! The facility is also amazing and kept up very nice. The new GM, Jude, is clearly on top of things and, with Mike, has created a very supportive and welcoming environment that I always look forward to being at.

Absolute worst. Management is completely incompetent. It took over a month to answer a simple billing question. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I was told I was cancelled over the phone and then continued to be charged. This was their mistake, but they take no accountability. Went to the Better Business Bureau and turns out this isn’t the first time this has happened. Buyer beware! Would give O stars if I could.

I have always been reluctant to joined a gym. However, I'm so happy I joined O2 Fitness.The front desk clerks are very nice (in person and over the phone). I was able to make an appointment for a tour with Raiana. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I have. The membership allows me to joined all the studio classes. I love all of them! They have multiple classes throughout the day.Additionally, the membership includes two complementary session with a personal trainer of your choice. I absolutely adore Mariesa, she is a level 3 trainer. She works with me and help me out to reach my goals.The location is convenient. The parking lot is huge there's always enough space for everyone to park. Changing rooms are so clean and comfortable.Now, I have transition from never step inside a gym to going at least 5 days a week. If you give a chance to O2 Fitness you will not regret it!

Within the last few months this gym has gone from 3 stars to 5 in my opinion. There is a new person who walks around the floor and cleans everything. The gym is literally spotless now. And the guy is nice too! The same goes for the women's bathroom. The sauna and steam room are night and day compared to even a few months back. But to me, the absolute highlight of this gym is the Kids Club teacher, D. She is the BEST. She is the only person I would let watch my kiddos other then my own parents. Great gym 👍🏼

Worst place.They got my money from my accountTrainer ask to come in his convenienceDon’t care about customerI called 6 times to make inquiry about my 300 dollar refund that is not usedEvery time they said they are going to call meAnd never called me backThey do not care about consumer/ customer rights.Don’t recommendI have not seen any business like this who ignore their customers like this
