The owner Chad and the strength coaches Bernard, Cory and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure the kids develop speed, agility, and strength using proper form and technique. My son looks forward to going every session and has made big gains!

My son is physically stronger which will hopefully help prevent injuries. His coordination has improved immensely. He is an all around much better athlete. All of these things have boosted his confidence. Great staff.
