Nice instructors, nice students, clean building, fun recreational gymnastics.I am in an intermediate gymnastics class for girls here at SGA and this is the first intermediate class I've ever been to, I feel behind in my class because I'm the only one getting introduced to handstands, cart wheels (on the beam) roundoffs, vault, etc. The instructors don't seem to understand that I have no clue how to do any of these things and, I guess, expect me to figure it out on my own. They know that I am new, and I've never been to an intermediate class before, so I was expecting them to be more attentive/helpful to me...its kinda upsetting that I'm gonna have to ask them for that type of help.

Clean positive atmosphere. Great viewing area for parents. Continually upskilling and working on form. They discuss why drills are important. Their groups are quite large, however they split them up and set up stations for them to rotate. The coach will work one station to spot them and help them with upskilling. The coaches look like they want to be there. Coaches are engage with their students in a positive way. High fives and marking successes for each individual! It feels like every coach knows your kid. They are happy to assist parents with questions and concerns. I don’t feel weird about asking. I know they will give me actual information.

We come here every week for open toddler play and it’s a lot of fun! I appreciate the age cap but I wish that really young babies were encouraged to use the upstairs space more. It does get a bit crowded sometimes.

My daughter loves her class at SGA! It’s a large, clean facility and they offer a lot of classes. They often have fun nights for $25 where the kids play games and have open gym. I took one star off because the coaches don’t really communicate with the parents or offer feedback. But if you ask, they will gladly give it. My daughter moved up to intermediate from beginner after I asked and they evaluated her. It’s a bit pricey too, $150 for 1.5 hour class. $100 for 1 hour class. But in my opinion, it’s the nicest gym in this area. Overall, we love SGA!

This is the first review I ever wrote.First I want to remind people, there is no such thing called trial class in this place. If you want to try the class, you will have to pay for the full month tuition. If you are not sure you like one of the classes, be careful about the payment. Because if you don’t like the first class, you get trapped to finish the full month. The manager is also rude enough when we asked for a refund for the remaining class( for first month because we were forced to pay full month to try the class)! The reasons we don’t like the class, the coach we experienced just tries to make kids feel exhausted stating that builds kids muscles, while without correcting any wrong movement. The one of the assistant coaches just stand aside watching, no guidance or help to kids( the other assistant coach is very good in showing kids the right movements). Think about the result of wrong movements day by day. Also the younger kids(age 5) are always at lowest priority in using the downstairs equipments, and there are various “reasons” keeping ~15 kids upstairs(which is more suitable for age 2-3 kids) , who should be exposed to the right equipments. This is a place that collects money, not a place really puts kids development in high priority. I would never bring my kid again!

Both of our kids come for gymnastics and the experiences are mixed. My six year old likes it and her coaches are very nice and patient. My younger one, who is three and eight months, is less so. He is still learning how to follow instructions and gets completely ignored by the coach since day one. Almost every time, my wife and myself had to take turns to deal with him for the entire 45 minutes, and the three coaches hardly help (on average the class size is seven). Today, one of them complained that my son wouldn’t follow her instructions (to be clear she is telling the truth) when I am also trying to help him follow, and asked me about his age. Frankly, taking this class is more exhausting than probably any other activity (outdoor, reading). So we are never going to come again even though we need to pay for the rest of the month. Here is my recommendation: If your kid cannot follow let’s say 80% of the instructions, I would strongly recommend against going here. Otherwise I hope you are of better luck.

We are enrolled in the preschool gymnastics classes. These classes are very well run and we really enjoy the coaches. They are patient with the kids. The place is super big and they have the latest equipment. My daughter always has fun here.

We love SGA! We had a birthday party here for my two girls, and they claimed it was “the best party ever”! Kids ages ranged from 5-11, and all kids had a blast. Coach Destiny made the party extra special with her personal touches to the decorations, and she kept the kids busy with games and challenges throughout the party. We were there for 2 hours, and had to drag the kids from the gym at the end - no one wanted to leave! My girls have already asked for their birthday parties to be there again next year!

SGA is awesome!!! We have had a child in the gym since May 2021 and watching her growth has been so much fun! The coaches are the BEST!! Coach Destiny got our daughter really excited about gymnastics and pushed her! We love Coach Destiny and now our daughter is in Coach Dana and Coach Maggie’s class and she is having so much fun! If you are looking for a fun place for your kids you need to check out SGA, you won’t be disappointed! We have held 2 birthday parties at SGA and they have been the funniest parties! Coach Destiny had the party area decorated and did a great job providing a great time for the kids!

Our daughter goes here for Gymnastics. Very spacious, great Staff with good attitude. They have made some changes now so that parents and Guardians can go inside the facilitie and sit next you where the kids are being trained. For beginner classes they have senior staffs paired up with junior kids(staffs). It's been only few days now so i cant comment on coaching yet. I will keep the review updated based on feedback from my daughter.
