While I received good stretching from the flexologists, the customer service I received from the Cary location demonstrated I was not a valuable patron - rather it was clear my funds were strictly the means to line Stretchlab Cary’s pockets. There was very little investment on Stretchlab’s part to ensure I received an appropriate value for the extremely expensive service they offer. In addition to their restrictive “membership” policies - when they did have availability in their schedule that aligned with my availability (which was a constant challenge), they refused to allow me to use several sessions which were paid for. I’m honestly pretty confounded as to why they would choose to NOT provide a purchased service except to figure they really just want my money and don’t really want to provide the service they offer at their convenience. In short, they will happily take your money BUT will make you jump through hoops to use the service you paid for. And then they pretend it’s your fault that they took your money and didn’t provide their service. On numerous occasions, my appointments were changed without my knowledge or consent. I literally learned of the change when I arrived for my appointment. My typical experience with “locally owned” businesses is that the owner does their best to accommodate a client - not the other way around. I’m very disappointed that the unacceptable customer service will result in discontinuing my membership so I can find a practitioner who will treat me with respect and where I can feel good about spending my money.

If you're tired of low back pain, hip and knee pains and the chiropractic visits are helping but not doing enough add a visit to the StretchLab. StretchLab has helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. It is a great place to learn new stretches that help with different pains and help you with range of motion as well. All this simply from stretches that you may have done when you were young. It is great for truck and delivery drivers and also for those who may sit for long periods or stand for long periods at your job. Go check them out and free yourself from that constant pain.

Mariah, Carrie and Katherine are my favorite! Each time I've visit I feel refreshed for my next run or workout. They've given me many stretches to do at home. I've enjoyed going! - sometimes hard to find the right time but it's been manageable 😀 …

They have continued and continued to bill me even after I told them I would be leaving for surgery. They refunded two of the billing at least that what was emailed to me and it turns out they never refunded the last one and continued to bill me again. They owe me almost $600 in services not used. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if I hadn’t explained this to the owner herself and she said it would be fine. Of course this was when I was joining and they said what I wanted to hear. I won’t take away from the staff and how great they are at stretching and I actually planned on going back in April but that won’t be happening.

Truly amazing place and people! It has been very helpful for my body.

Great experience! Only drawback is when you arrive, if you don’t have non-slip socks with you, you are required to buy a $16 pair of socks... Other than that, glad I went!

Had a great experience with the ladies who stretched me over the past few weeks (Megan & Kamran) super friendly and knowledgeable!Only thing was the office manager or manager lady (blonde) comes across very rude but not much interaction with her so I wouldn't let it discourage giving it a try.

Great business offering a great service. This place is awesome. I drive from Durham to Cary once per week to get stretched by Alexandrea or Jordan. They really twist and bend me offering a great assisted stretch. Sarah is a great manager, very professional and courteous.

I came to StretchLab after trying many different things to try to resolve muscle tightness leading to some really painful trigger points. After working weekly with Shantael and Jordan over the last 4 months, I can say that my muscle tightness has been significantly reduced and I have also established much improved stretching habits on my own. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relieve tension and increase flexibility while building strong habits!
