UPDATE: I've been coming here for 8 months now and I've lost 16 lbs and gained some muscle and strength (went down about a size and a half). I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive community of people who grab you towels if you need it, cheer you on to get through those last tiring minutes, to help you with a workout if it's new to you, or to remind you that everyone modifies some things because we're all different. LOVE this community!________I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Fitness Lab and the class offerings they have. They have so many different options and styles of workout, but each one targets a full body experience so you get everything that you need from these classes (cardio, strength, endurance for the whole body). Tanya and Stacy are also amazing teachers and very attentive to each individual. They provide plenty of modifications as needed depending on the individual. They keep the class sizes small so that they can continue to provide the best workouts and the most personal attention that they can. I highly recommend checking it out!

The Fitness Lab is amazing! I've tried multiple classes at The Fitness Lab and never left disappointed. Tanya & Stacy are always there to encourage or push when needed. I absolutely love that they are always present to guide each individual, such as suggesting using different weights, showing the proper way to do a particular exercise, how to modify an exercise, and so much more.Before & after photos from a workout. Hot, sweaty, red cheeks... but it's always worth it!

The Fitness Lab is an awesome community where everyone is truly welcome. I am so appreciative of Tanya and Stacy's expertise, kindness and they are excellent trainers. Classes are fun, and challenging at the same time. They make getting up for a 5:00AM class worth it!

I can't say enough good things about The Fitness Lab. I felt welcomed with open arms when I joined in January and I haven't looked back. I love having the flexibility of challenging classes that are never the same early in the morning or in the evening depending on my schedule. The people are amazing. Everyone is so encouraging and has a great attitude. Such a great team and community!

This is the best community of people and it all stems from Stacy and Tanya. The instructors are the best and they have such creative workouts. They give you the personalized touch in a group class and are always looking out on how they can help their community. The classes give variety in the workouts and lots of options for times to work out.

If you are intimidated by fitness classes or large gyms, then this is where you want to start your fitness journey: the classes are varied, small size so you get the attention of the trainers who can help with correct form (to avoid injury or provide modifications for existing injuries). They will encourage you to keep pushing and reaching your goals. They change the format of the classes constantly so it's always a fun surprise. Never cookie cutter! The sense of community here is strong, and both trainers and fellow members are so welcoming.

I have been working out for many years in group settings and on my own. The Fitness Lab has elevated me into growing stronger and reaching my personal goals. In addition, the village created with others there for the same reason is irreplaceable. You aren't lost in a sea of people at The Fitness Lab and it's not just a work out. You get assistance with form and nutrition with are oh so important. I have been through many of the fitness facilities in the area over the last 19 years and The Fitness Lab has by far passed all my expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough.

AMAZING GYM, WONDERFUL TRAINERS/OWNERS!The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring! Classes are led by Tanya and Stacey who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement.They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts; all while helping each member with modifications to meet their personal needs/goals.The atmosphere is awesome! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. Great class variety and for all fitness levels. You will not do the same workout twice!I have only been at this gym since May, but it is exactly what I needed, mentally and physically. So HAPPY I found The Fitness Lab in Holly Springs, I recommend it HIGHLY to all my friends and family.
