Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy

I LOVE ADRENALINE!!!! The experience is AWESOME and the coaches are AMAZING!!!!! My daughter started at AGA about 3 years ago and she is already a level 6/7!! She came in to the gym not knowing anything or anyone and with the INCREDIBLE support of the AGA staff, she has progressed SO much. My Daughter loves the gym and will be there for MANY more years to come!!!!!

I stood at the front desk with 3 staff members behind the desk. My daughter standing there by my side. I was never greeted, but certainly ignored! As I waited for someone to ask if I needed help, I could not help but notice what a filthy disgusting place it was. Never cleaned, Never greeted, & never returning!

Know of 3 people who withdrew children and were continually charged for many months. Jason is a fraudster and the facility is absolutely filthy

Our daughter has flourished at Adrenaline! We've been attending classes here for over a year and a half and have had a wonderful experience. Our daughter is always so excited to go to class and has really connected with her Coaches. Coach Katy and Coach Amy not only help our daughter become more confident and accomplish new skills at each class, they do it in a way that is fun and exciting. The owner, Jason, takes the time to connect with the parents and is there every night to answer questions. Our daughter has grown so much with the gym and we are excited to see how far she'll go with such a great Coaching team!

Please consider installing some shades or something to pull down over the windows at night. My worry was creeps watching these young girls from the parking lot. Saw a man standing and staring in the window tonight. That just doesn't sit well with me. If your child goes here, please think about that.

Great gym, friendly staff, my daughter (9) loves coming to her rec class. They always do a good job of pushing the kids to learn new skills but keeping it really fun. Highly recommended.

We love Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy. My daughter currently is JO level 9. She has been training at this gym for 7 years, she is currently 12. I have 3 daughters and all of them have been a part of the AGA family. We has been Involved in the recreational program, the Xcel program, the developmental program and the Junior Olympic program. I only have amazing things to say about all this gym has to offer. Safety and love of the sport are priority for all the coaches, regardless of the level or ability of the gymnast.

I coach and instruct professionally for ski and snowboard athletes. Because of this background, I'm pretty critical about the coaching and instruction my daughter receives. A month in I could not be happier with the approach that Adrenaline has taken for the Beginner Rec athletes. This is my daughter's first introduction to the sport of gymnastics. The staff and coaches have been extremely welcoming to us. Tasks attempted are achievable but challenging and build progressively. With every skill and in every rotation, she receives clear simple directions, timely and specific correction, encouragement for effort, and meaningful praise. I especially appreciate that her class is conducted alongside all ages and levels of athletes I feel this helps create an atmosphere of excitement and possibility for my daughter. There is a definite air of learning the sport to a degree of excellence even if she is just starting out that I appreciate.Also because this is a Pandemic we are living in I'll say I am impressed by the steps taken to address concerns of infection. Athletes are kept distanced without seeming isolated and equipment is regularly disinfected.I absolutely recommend Adrenaline to anyone considering introducing their child to gymnastics and I'm very comfortable with the thought of having my daughter continue to progress with them.

We love Adrenaline! I have been with this gym for 15 1/2 years. I have one daughter in College Gymnastics and one that is a level 10! Jason, the owner, is always professional and has an open door policy! He has always had the girl’s best interest at heart! He’s incredibly supportive and continues to support my daughter that is doing college Gymnastics. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to be a successful Gymnast!

My daughter is a competitive gymnast and she has been at Adrenaline since 2011. The owners, Jason and Kim have always put her well being first. I trust them and the decisions they make 100%. She loves her coaches and they love her. We feel like we are part of the Adrenaline family... and I know other families feel this way, too.If you are looking for a place where your daughter can thrive in a very tough and demanding sport... Adrenaline is a great gym.
