My card had fraudulent charges on it and I cancelled the card and I got a surprise collection's document in the mail saying I owe $250. I've never been to this gym but apparently I owe them $250 and their staff refuses to help me in anyway and keep pushing me back and forth and saying it's someone else's problem because either no one is trained correctly or none of them care. This is an awful company and I will never use them. They are scam artists and if they keep refusing to refund me my money I will have no choice but to get the cops involved. (They said they would call me ASAP and never did. Great company. Never use VASA.)

Never use Vasa their gym is horrible and the staff there is filled with a bunch of people that don't do anything to help with even the simplest of tasks.

The team answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me at all. I liked the facilities and was impressed with my personal trainer. I’m looking forward to the next 6 months!

Lots of hidden fees and charges. I was recently charged $300 for my monthly membership. Now I have to fight them to get my money back. Canceling my membership immediately. USE CAUTION IF YOU SIGN UP!!!!!

These guys are sneaky. When you sign up they dont walk you through anything and the deals on the I pad are not what they seem. They have a bunch of hidden fees and when I asked why they didnt mention the fees upon sign up they point to the side of a singular table with a unnoticeable sign that states cancellation fees. I was expecting to pay 30 to cancel after having to deal with broken machines and apparently I owe $100. They never answer the phone and take dont get back to you. While the people that work there are nice, their terms are terrible and misleading

New member, previous member to a local recenter, which I cancelled during COVID. For the same price I was paying, vasa offers more classes, more equipment, and other perks. I also love how open, clean and new it all feels.

Nice people works at this place they are all willing to help you out. This place is pretty hectic at all times which is pretty awesome. I would highly recommend this place if you like to work out on daily bases.
