ATO Fitness is awesome! And my trainer Drew is a very patient and professional coach. I've been training with him for almost five months now. My physique and body shape have changed for the better. I am very happy and thankful to Drew for this. Drew also would start the first session by asking for basic information about my body and what I wanted to achieve. He then uses this information to develop a training plan that will better help me accomplish my goals. Not only that, during the training process, Drew will always take care of your condition and protect you from injuries during the training process. He also does some stretching with me after the workout to relax my muscles. So, I think I had a great time working out with Drew. Drew is a really good and knowledgeable trainer.

Awesome gym and trainers! I had worked out off and on most of my life, but never really lifted any weights consistently. Heard about ATO from a friend and joined almost two years ago now! I’m in the best shape of my life, and have no plans to change gyms! Highly recommend ATO. Great people and atmosphere without the CrossFit vibe.

I found Clayton Evans once the gyms reopened in 2020! What a bright spot in my days when everything else was hard. Clayton is positive, upbeat, holds you accountable, and is encouraging. Hands down the best trainer I have had.ATO Fitness is clean, has all the equipment I need to achieve my goals, and has friendly trainers. I love a gym that cares about the facility and clients.

ATO Fitness is great!! The energy is motivating and they have new and specialized equipment all the time. My teenage son works out with Brian Brenzel and loves the environment and encouragement. I work out with Rosie Mosier, she’s a fantastic trainer that makes every workout tailored to me and my needs. Plus she will do my nutrition planning too!

Not only is this a wonderful facility with top of the line equipment, it is also packed full of knowledgeable and friendly trainers. The owner, Hayes, has created such a wonderful place for individuals of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life to enter and feel comfortable training in. If the equipment and facility alone weren’t enough, the supportive and welcoming community is the best I’ve ever encountered at any gym or fitness center.
