The gym that I had been a member of for over 20 years closed suddenly and I was at a loss for where to go. I chose to go visit Chuze on the recommendation of a friend. The moment I walked in I felt welcome. The front desk staff is so friendly, wanting and ready to help! I explained my situation and they already had a price sheet and special for the members of said gym. Chuze employee Hope was AMAZING! She treated me so kind and showed me everything in the midst of many people wanting her attention.After I signed up, I found out that Chuze had absorb the members of my closed gym. Thus the prepared price sheet. 100% professionals!I look forward to many years of being part of the Chuze family!

Awesome customer service. The facility has alot of options. They have plenty of free weights, machines, aerobics, bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and more. It is very clean and well kept. Love the aqua message beds.

Everything is great, except their infrared saunas are hot garbage. No reason a fully clothed individual, with sweatpants, hoody, beanie, and shoes/socks needs to sit in there for 20 minutes to break a sweat. Also why are their operating …

I love kids club on certain days. I also agree with the comment below. I feel like you can definitely tell who’s worked with infants/toddlers. I don’t want to call anyone out but there’s a few young teens who should not be left alone …

Don't come to this gym if you are handicap. The manager here will treat you as the problem. Then, he (TJ) will hang membership over your head and threaten you that you will lose your membership if you have another issue..... I have never been discriminated against in a facility as much as I have at CHUZE fitness. I tried to resolve the issue w the facility, but they threatened me. Therefore, I asked for my membership dues and monthly bill to be returned. And waive the cancelation fee. Due to the threat and lack of care for my needs and concerns.

Much better now they have added more racks and lifting platforms. Used to just have three half racks with platforms and three smith machines. They have since added two full power racks and two platforms upstairs, which reduces the amount of contention for this equipment. Glad to see they’re listening to feedback.

They've recently acquired two more squat racks and two more platforms upstairs. I am still a huge fan of Chuze Fitness. As of 04/15/22 I'm still very happy with Chuze being my gym. The only thing I miss are the longer hours. Still 5 stars.

The gym is fine and people seem nice but I’m currently rating 2 stars because I pay for an upgraded membership so I can use the tanning beds before I go on vacation so I don’t burn when I get there. I’m not sure if it’s the people working the desk who are putting in shorter times or if it’s the actual timers on the beds. They’ve been shorting me 2-3 minutes each time, both standup beds. I have brought this up to the staff before and each time they say they’ll have maintenance look at it, but this has been happening frequently over the past year I’ve been a member here. I have also sent feedback through the app. It’s frustrating paying for a service you aren’t fully getting. And I feel bad complaining because the staff and rest of facility is generally pretty nice. I’ll follow up with this and adjust my rating if the issue is fixed or a member of management reaches out.

I honestly wouldn't even give one star. Not only is the app frustrating but the assistant manager, micayla is condescending and rude overall. This was my first visit as a member, I had done the trial. Very dissatisfied with the service and the member packages. If you have access to the whole gym why can't your buddy?

5 stars except for the creepy old dude hitting on people and the lack of care from the staff. Equipment is great and the non-pervy patrons are all kind and friendly. Staff is nice, but idk I guess they don't care to protect girls from weird dudes that harass them while they are trying to work out.
