Fantastic gym with great coaches and just an amazing community. Such welcoming & supportive people, you will truly feel like you've found a 2nd family. There are people of all fitness levels and the coaches are great at knowing how to scale a workout whenever needed. If you're on the fence give it a try, you won't regret becoming apart of this gym!

I love CCF!! I just finished the 6 week Challenge and I hit my goal!! It's not easy but it works! I attended 3 classes per week and I rigidly followed the nutrition plan. When I went out to eat I would explain, I'm on a very strict 6 week fitness challenge and I need to modify my order to ONLY what I am allowed to eat. I went from drinking lots of soda and sugar to unsweetened beverages. I learned what coffee really tastes like. I used mustard on things I didn't even know would work. I weighed out my portions for each meal, I meal prepped and I changed my lifestyle. I pushed myself to do something I didn't know I could do. I learned to walk 10k steps per day and add more walking into my daily life. I made this challenge my GOAL for the last 6 weeks. It worked, I'm healthier, stronger and ready to continue a healthy lifestyle. I'm grateful for this experience and to Lori and her staff!! All the coaches were great but I have to give a shout out to Brittany!! She really works you in BURN!! This challenge helped me to put myself first and I had other life changing events happen during this time. It was a positive experience!!

This was by far the best experience with a gym I have ever had. The accountability was incredible and they were very sensitive to weak areas. I was looking forward to seeing results but had to relocate after the initial week. I would highly recommend though.

I have been going to this box for a few years. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging while focusing on proper form. The community is very welcoming and has members at every level of their fitness journey. Coaches are also available for one on one skills training. I am very happy to be a member here.

****BEWARE****WORST FRAUD GYM IN THE TOWN!!!!!I had extreme bad experience with Centennial Crossfit CCF, they trick me up to signup for 6 week "FREE" Challenge using FB promotion which is not free technically they asked for $400 and said once you complete 6 week challenge for "ANY" Body Transformation you achieve you will get your money refunded back!! That was all FAKE and a BIG LIE!!!!! After completing 6 weeks I had lost commendable amount of weight and body fat, but as soon I asked for my refund Lori Summers (the owner) said we will not return the money in any case as you have not met 6 week challenge and took my $400. She said the only option I can provide is to convert this money into yearly membership which would have me pay $100/month in addition to $400 they already have taken. Thats highest degree fraudulent scheme Centennial Crossfit CCF is running to steal wealth from people.I got seriously trapped into there FAKE promotion and lost my $400 dollars!! Please DONOT go to this gym or sign up for there any 6 Week Free Challenge promotions..

I was incredibly excited to join the 6-week challenge at the Centennial CrossFit gym - primarily to improve my nutrition and learn ways to eat healthier. Overall - I was successful in meeting the goals of the program (losing more than 5% body fat in those 6 weeks)! The workouts were AWESOME. I genuinely enjoyed them and felt that most of the coaches were very supportive. Not all of the coaches understood my limitations with diastasis recti or how to recommend safe modifications, so a word of caution to know what is safe for yourself if you too have that. The workouts never got boring and definitely felt challenging for me - even though I'd already been working out 3-4 times/week for over a year. It was a nice change of pace from my own workout routine for sure. Truly loved the workouts. The real challenge, for me, was the meal plan. Not only is it an incredibly restrictive plan for 6 weeks without modifications, but it pushes protein very heavily and didn't come with any real explanation for WHY it was designed the way it was or any details on good nutrition (what's a lean protein? what's a healthy fat? how do you pair a balanced meal or snack?), which is what I needed most. Many of the provided recipes didn't exactly follow the prescribed meal plan either. The meal plan worked, but I came here to learn HOW to eat better in general and I wasn't getting that. When I reached out with specific concerns, namely around the protein snacks/protein options/total protein intake, I was often told to "stick with it" rather than being given real guidance to understand it and modify in a way that was healthy for my body (it wasn't until the end of my third week after continuing to ask several coaches for guidance and complaining that I finally got a couple small useful tidbits.). When I specifically asked Lori about getting more education around the meal plans in general when I was half way through the program, I was told that was too much information for the people in this challenge and they don't share that level of detail.Overall I found the nutrition portion of this program to be lacking significantly throughout the program - and when I asked about how to proceed with my nutrition at the end of the 6 weeks, I was told that I needed to enroll in the monthly membership to get any further nutrition info, which was the next level/step up plan -- that was never mentioned to me at the start of the program (and again I thought I was getting education throughout and wouldn't be left to just figure it out on my own at the end of the program). I was put off by this approach.Ultimately, the program works if your only goal is to lose weight and you follow it to a T -- and you're NOT interested in understanding good nutrition from it. But that's not for me, I was expecting to walk away with the education necessary to make life-long sustainable dietary changes for better overall nutrition and health - so I cannot in good faith give this 5 stars as I feel like this was a bit misleading.

I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years and have tried out many CrossFit gyms in the Denver area and Centennial CrossFit is by far one of the best CrossFit gyms! The people are great and you won’t be able to find better coaches. Safety is always first and the coaches pay very close attention to everyone. The owner Lori Summers is the sweetest and most caring person and goes out of her way to help everyone. Centennial CrossFit is great for beginners or advanced athletes and you’ll always feel at home no matter what level of fitness you are at. They offer a variety of classes and class times and even offer a women’s only CrossFit class! If you’re looking for a great workout with tons of caring, supportive, and motivating people and coaches, whether you’re a coach potato or an athlete, then Centennial CrossFit is the place!

Lori Summers and her staff are well trained, educated, and motivating. I had so much fun completing the 6 week challenge, and I am so glad that I pushed myself to do something that I once doubted that I can do. Personally, following the meal plan was my biggest challenge but a great body does not come easy. Being healthy and fit is not a trend, it is a lifestyle and one thing that I take away from this experience is that it is all mental. When you believe you can do something and put forth the needed effort, you will get the desired results. Thank you again Lori and to all the amazing trainers!

BEST Crossfit Gym around!! Lori Summers and her staff are well trained, educated and motivating. I have been to many but this one is truly outstanding! It has such a great community and Lori runs many additional classes and training in addition to her regular scheduling. She does a 6 Week Challenge which totally got me on track. All the tools, information and encouragement I needed to get it done. I had terrific results! Top notch- look no further!!
