My first experience at Buck was terrible. There is a front desk person - female -that was not helpful and intimidating in her actions. I would rather go to another location if given a choice.. just based on that individuals actions and demeanor.

This is a great community rec centre. I have been working out, swimming, taking classes, volunteering etc here for 14 years since it opened. It has been kept up to date and does a great job as a community rec centre rather than as a commercial gym. At peak times parking can be an issue but this is rare and typically at the top of the hour when the next class is arriving but the previous one has not finished. Back running near normal after Covid.

The kids pool is freezing and there isn’t a place for kids ages 4-10ish to practice swimming. They say we can use the lap pool, but there are often adults using the lanes. It was disappointing for my young son who is getting excited about swimming.

I use a walker and I have found this recreation Center is the most handicap friendly recreation Center there is. The therapy pool is awesome it is very easy to walk into the water they have a ramp going into the water. The handicap Cabana for changing is great. I highly recommend it for someone that has a hard time getting around or is handicapped.
