My husband and I have been working out at centennial HOTWORXs for months! We love this location! The staff is amazing. The place is always clean!My husbands blood pressure was high but thanks to HOTWORXs it is normal again.My favorite part- the workouts are only 45 minutes but you feel the afterburn for hours!Thanks Centennial HOTWORX for helping us love working out again!

I have been a member for over a month, and visiting Hotworx in Centennial, Co is the favorite part of my day. Considering the ridiculously low monthly fee, it's also a tremendous value.Before joining this studio, I experimented with several hot yoga studios. I have found that the music is too loud at the newer non-Bikram hot yoga places. Personally, I don't need anyone to help me feel "pumped up" when I'm in a hot room training my body.At Hotworx, I sometimes turn the video volume down and work silently. Other times, I listen to my own music or an Audible selection. My favorite part of this flexibility is that I can go almost every day and adjust the intensity of my work to how I feel. On days off, I tend to get with it. On the longest days of work, I go slow.If you aren't a big fan of the streaming videos (most people seem to like them), I recommend the 108 Korean Buddhist prostrations and some mobility work like Original Strength or Eric Goodman's Foundation Training.The free weight area is also a huge bonus. I always wanted a TRX strap or Kettlebell to work grip strength and add a pulling motion to complete the workout at hot yoga studios. Hotworkx has all that, plus a large dumbbell selection and a Nautilus machine.The place is also very clean, with welcoming staff. The other members always do their part cleaning machines after use, and the staff works hard at nearly constant work on maintenance and cleaning. The shower and bathrooms are usually clean as well. Tip for other members: wipe the shower room floor dry with your towel before you leave!Since I have been attending, my resting heart rate has fallen (and I was already active), and my long battle with plantar fasciitis has taken a turn for the better. This place has improved my quality of life!

Amazingly hospitable staff headed up by two wonderful local business owners. Yes, this is a locally owned business with owners that care. The studio is clean, upscale, fully functional, and has everything you need. Infrared sauna is proven to provide so many amazing health benefits. Among the many health benefits is improved cognition and reduced cognitive decline as you age. Give HOTWORX centennial a look!

I have been going for 2 weeks. The saunas are awesome. I look forward to trying all of the different workouts. Weight area hasn't been busy when I've been there. Beautiful bathrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff.
