Currently by appointment only for members, 1.5 hr slots. Can't wait until 24 hr access returns! Great equipment, a real no frills zone for lifters

I don’t think that I have ever experienced worse customer service than from here. Received door code extremely late, canceled membership in November, but was charged for another month. I questioned this and received one response “we require 5 days notice it’s on the website.” That would make sense if it was in a signed contact. However, it is not as this is a no contract gym. Whatever, I can spare $60 if you really need it that badly. Then I get charged again in December even though my cancellation was clearly noticed. No responses when I questioned this. Clearly prison does not teach customer service.

A diamond in the rough! Once you gain a code you have access 24/7! This gym may be a bit rough around the edges, but for us gym rats it perfect! Equipment for Power/Olympic Lifting, also Strongman!

If you’re interested in getting very very strong I think this is the best gym you’ll find in Denver. It has five or six power racks, Olympic lifting platforms, deadlift platforms. It has a plethora of regular and specialty barbells. It has a reverse hyper and other strength equipment that is really useful but rarely found in commercial gyms.I have joined, cancelled, and rejoined multiple times because my work takes me out of the city for up to a year at a time. Contrary to other reviews, if you’re not able to manage your own PayPal account sending them their $50 a month, there’s something wrong with you not them. Go join 24 hr fitness or lifetime fitness, try to cancel by certified mail, and find out how truly fraudulent gyms behave. The people that run this gym are outstanding athletes, trainers, and good and decent businesspeople.

Great gym, good people. I love the schedule flexibility that you can come and go as you please. It is usually not extremely crowded when I've gone, and everyone else in the gym is nice and friendly.

Best powerlifting gym in Denver! Owned by multiple record holder that offers personal training. Also offers Strongman training with lots of implements (Yokes, Stones up to 315#, etc.) and Olympic Lifting. IWG also hosts several sanctioned Powerlifting and Strongman competitions every year.

It's everything you could want from a barbell gym: literally tons of the right equipment, chalk, friendly people, 24/7 access, and it's affordable! Sounds too good to be true, but isn't; I just wish I had found it sooner!
