I had my first class at the Littleton location last night and it was a blast.....Hard, but a blast. The group of students and instructors were great about working with a first time student and making sure there was not an intimidation factor at all. My kids have been going for a month now as well and they never want to miss a class, going 4-5 days a week. Great job to all of you.

Awesome place to train, great facilities and staff! Some of my new favorite side control attacks came from Professor Brad! If you're in the Denver area be sure to check them out!

The instructors were great, everyone here are good people... prices were solid I went for about six months here and really enjoyed it. I ended up leaving because of the distance and other personal reasons. If it were closer I probably would have stayed!

My wife and I signed up for Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in July of 2012. It has been a great experience for both of us. The instruction has been first rate...instructors Brad Nicolarsen (Black Belt), Rob Sanchez (Brown Belt) and Ty Hudspeth (Brown Belt) are deeply committed to student success. They have created a program (for my wife and me) that will insure our continued success for years to come. In addition, the school is affiliated with Rafael Lovato Jr. The Lovato addition has taken a strong program and made it even better. Give the Kompound a try. You will not be disappointed.

We love The Kompound family, everyone is so friendly. The Kompound offers classes that work with my families busy schedule. My kids and I train Jiu Jitsu and my wife can work out. Great kids Jiu Jitsu program with excellent kids coaches, and an adult program that is also excellent with classes offered for all levels

This is a great place for anyone to train, whether you're just starting out or have been doing martial arts/jiu-jitsu for quite some time. Coming here has kept me both healthy and motivated in my everyday life experiences and the curriculum really allows for flexibility with work and other activities. However, what i enjoy most is the creative and educational atmosphere from both the coaches and my peers.

There are classes here to fit every schedule. If I miss my morning class it is easy to pick up right where I left off at night. The instructors here are passionate, really do a great job of motivating me to reach my goals and genuinely seem to care if I miss too much training without making me feel bad about it.This, combined with the equipment and facility itself, have me coming back 5 times a week just to see what I will learn next! The Kompound has me losing weight, staying active and gaining confidence in myself everyday. If that isn't what you want from your gym, you may NEVER find what you're looking for.Get in here, have fun, make some friends and see what you can accomplish. It only hurts for a second ;)
