This club is excellent! Originally from the incredible, state-of-the-art headquarters in Chanhassen, MN. Management and operations do a great job here. Do I wish they would update the tile and grout in steam shower and showers? Yes, but I realize it is a corporate decision that has little to do with management at this location. Classes here are second to none and are such a blessing! Regarding the online complaints for this club...have a bit of gratitude and appreciation for the hardworking staff, people! Also, someone please give Mark at the front desk a raise! (:

My experience with Lifetime Gym has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, thanks to their extremely poor management. It is evident that there is a complete lack of accountability and ownership when it comes to their own mistakes, as well as a disregard for the well-being of their customers. One of the most egregious errors made by Lifetime Gym was an erroneous increase in our membership fee. It was their mistake, yet they failed to rectify the situation in a timely manner. When we reached out to the management to address this issue, they promised to reduce the fee promptly. However, they did nothing to resolve the problem, leaving us feeling deceived and undervalued as customers. The lack of transparency and communication is indicative of a larger problem within the facility. It is clear that the management at Lifetime Gym is not properly equipped to handle customer concerns or take responsibility for their actions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of effective management within Lifetime Gym. The facility is in dire need of competent leaders who are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and prioritize the satisfaction of their customers. As paying members, we deserve to be treated with respect and receive the services we are promised.I strongly advise anyone considering a membership at Lifetime Gym to reconsider. The ineffective management, lack of accountability, and poor treatment of customers make this facility an unsatisfactory choice. It is evident that they prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers.Lifetime Gym must make significant improvements in their management practices if they wish to regain the trust and loyalty of their members. It is high time for them to take ownership of their mistakes, enhance communication, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling fitness experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware. Whatever price you join at will be different in 6 months. They used to raise rates at the beginning of every year but now they are sneaky and raise the adults rates every Jan. Then a couple …

First day! Super impressed with this facility! The facility is huge! So many classes and updated equipment. Felt more like a luxury resort. Took my 13 year old and she is excited to try classes with me. There's so much to do! We can't wait to go back!

The Lifetime in Parker is literally my sanctuary. I love coming here and refuse to go anywhere else now. I’ve had memberships at SO many different gyms (all the big name brands) and none of them even come close to comparing to LifeTime. You truly get what you pay for. The cleanliness and service is top tier.

Lifetime is a very nice gym. There are plenty of great amenities including use of towels, large hot tubs, water slides, and best of all.... pickleball. However, it is 7 times what I pay elsewhere for a similar experience. They do not have a …

Great gym, worth the price. Tons of equipment and multiples of most of the machines. I rarely have to wait to use the machine I want. Locker rooms are clean and nice, and the hot tubs are large so plenty of room for people. …

I called today, 9/24/2022 because I wanted to swim outdoors. I spoke to Zach was told me the outdoor pool was open to adults. I drive 25 minutes to find out once I was in my swim suit heading to pool that the entire pool was closed. Teach …

The zero entry baby pool is only open to adults before 10 am. Are there a lot of adults sitting in 3 inches of water on Sunday? We were told to leave 13 minutes before 10 am in an empty baby pool. I think they need to re-examine their policies. This is ridiculous.

Love this lifetime and have been coming here for a couple years now. The pools have been a disappointing situation however. The lifeguards are always finding a reason to shut down the outdoor pool and hot tub, (which is only open for a short summer season) and preventing use of it even though we are paying for it as part of our membership. The membership is also not low cost, it’s one of the most expensive gyms in the state. Currently all the pools are closed and we come here on average 4 days a week and 90% of the time the outdoor pool is closed for some reason. Lightening is sometimes the reason, which is definitely understandable, however it doesn’t often reopen afterwards. Frustrating because currently the indoor pools are also closed for weeks. Bummed to be paying for such an expensive membership and not be getting access to a large part of the amenities I signed up for. I’m always asking the lifeguards if we can use it, but am always told no and that it’s closed.
