I've been attending LJYF for about three years now, and I couldn't be happier. Whether you need to relax and recharge your soul or get your butt kicked by a seriously great workout, there is an option for you. (Recommendation: Friday night Vinyasa followed by the Restorative class is MAGIC.) Also, Sunday mornings they run a kids yoga class at the same time as Ashtaga for grownups, and my daughter love love loves going. She also attends gymnastics at LJYF and loves it as well. Every teacher is A+, including the owner Nicole, who is so welcoming, funny, caring, and knowledgable.

You simply won't find a better studio than Love Junkie. Nicole and her staff are devoted, knowledgeable yogis who bring a lot of TLC to every person and every class. I've tried other studios andLove Junkie is beyond compare. No matter where you are in your practice, you will find encouragement and expertise in a warm and friendly environment.

Had a wonderful experience coming to this studio. I tried various classes including aerial, diff yoga classes and circuit! The owner, Nicole, is super welcoming and a great instructor with a fun personality ♥. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who enjoys feeling a part of the community and not "just a number" at the local gym. Thanks for everything!

An absolutely wonderful studio! Staff is always very welcoming and caring to individual needs. My favorite classes are the the restorative and air yin, but all classes are great!

The best studio ever! If you didn’t try it yet, I highly recommend. All the teachers are super nice and sweet, they accommodate the class to everybody’s levels. Thank you Nicole for taking great care of the community!

Love Junkie is amazing! I'm recovering from knee surgery and they are so good about making sure that I'm always taken care of and using the best positioning possible for my knee. The vibe here is always welcoming and I'm so happy I found it!

I've driven past this studio many times since it opened and today I was FINALLY able to check it out. LOVED. IT. Not only was the owner, Nicole, knowledgeable and helpful, the whole place (owner, attendees, studio space, etc.) was welcoming. I will absolutely be back (and it's local and right in my community...bonus!)
