The front staff is very cordial and always willing to help. The coaches are all great, Jenny, Jen, Seth, Wanda, Mike, and Tyrell. I've attended classes for all of these coaches and have zero complaints. Love their enthusiasm and motivation! And, my OTF workouts have totally increased my running strength and times. As a side note, I have attended classes at four other studios. Parker OTF is my favorite! Thanks so much for a great OTF experience!

Seth the trainer had such great positive energy and was very motivational. I enjoyed being there and I enjoyed my time spent at OTF. I liked the variety and the flexibility to work at my pace. I really liked the variation in the workout and result of extreme calorie burn. I am detail oriented so the feedback on the outcome from my performance was very informative. Thanks, Shane

I like that the workouts are always a little different. I always feel really great after every workout. The coaches at this location are awesome! They help push me to push myself. I would definitely go more often if I had the time. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!

The Parker Orange Theory coaches are the best! They're motivating, personable, and knowledgeable if I need a modification to an exercise. The front desk people and manager always make me feel welcome. Most of all, I love that at the age of 50, Orange Theory keeps me strong enough and in good enough shape that I can climb mountains, keep up with my kids on the ski slopes, and feel like there's nothing I can't do! It's the best workout I've ever done.

E V E R Y T H I N G! I love seeing my numbers up on the screen. I love the intensity of each block. The coaches are fantastic. The members are awesome. The front desk is welcoming. It's 60 minutes of hard work that's worth it. If I'm not pushing myself...the coaches are pushing me and the people next to me are pushing me. I always leave the studio saying that was hard...and that's exactly what each workout should be.

I've spent the last few years yo yo'ing back and forth with my weight. Prior to my husband I ran to keep my weight off but one step off routine turned into a couple years off routine and 50lbs later I was done! After one class I thought I would let it kick start my weight loss and get back to running only. Fast forward two years later, I've made amazing friendships, lost 40 of my 50lbs, became addicted to the 5am class, have a love hate relationship with rower #4, I don't allow myself to miss many of my prescheduled classes, the M-F 5am fits my schedule, my girls hold me accountable and the coaches push my limits. It. Just. Works! #OTF4LIFE

I recently signed up at Orangetheory, I don't know why it took me so long. I had a membership at Life Time Fitness but I could always make a excuse not to go. Knowing that if I sign up for a class and I don't show up I will be charged is just the push I need to get to the gym.I also never really pushed my self as hard when working out on my own. The group personal trainning aspect of Orangetheory is another thing that sold me. You feed off of the energy of everyone in the class and get the benifit of a personal trainer. I have finally found a intense workout that will get me where I want to be in my fitness journey.

I really do hate working out, however, the staff here does a great job of motivating you. I have also tried a few other OT locations....not as good as this one. Staff here is very helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in helping you meet your goals. I think OT needs to make a family membership more economical but I am seeing quick results, like the e-mailed fitness reports and enjoy coming to this location. I held back one star because of the cost, but other than that, really nice place.

Before I started working out at Orangetheory Fitness, I had a membership at Lifetime Fitness. It was a great facility, but I hardly ever used it! I had the best intentions, but it was too easy to talk myself out of going because of all the other commitments in my life. Between a very busy job as a real estate agent, a young family to keep up with, and obligations to my church......well, you can imagine what's it's like because your life is probably just as crazy as mine! That was the story I kept telling myself. I'm too busy. Someday I'll get fit. I knew it was important, but what I was doing just wasn't working for me. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, months into years, years into decades. I was pushing 38 years old and I still didn't feel fit, physically active, or strong. Was I ever going to achieve my fitness goals and have that confidence that I wanted to feel? That's when I found Orangetheory Fitness. I stopped by back in October, got in my first workout, and I have never looked back! In fact, right after my workout, I texted a picture of the gym to my wife, Megan, and excitedly told her about this great new place I had found! She joined shortly thereafter and we are both still going strong almost 6 months later. Both of us have lost weight and gotten stronger since joining. We feel better and we're happier too. The biggest contributors to our success have been to show up and work hard. The trainers do the rest. Simple as that! We both go to 3 to 4 classes a week, consistently, and it has paid off. When Wanda, Brian, George, Liz, or Shannon say to push, we push. When they say go all out, we go! We appreciate the feedback, motivation, and encouragement they provide.Megan and I are looking forward to continuing our fitness journey at Orangetheory! I recommend stopping by the studio nearest you to try it out. The first workout is free!

Orangetheory Fitness is the most effective way to achieve the results you want! At OTF Parker specifically, the trainers are extremely friendly, helpful, and motivating. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, and the studio itself is welcoming and clean! The workout itself is only 60 minutes, half strength training, and half cardio, so you know you are getting a full body workout. I love the heart rate monitors so that I can watch my heart rate in real time on the screens when I'm working out, and target the correct heart rate zones. It also emails me a summary when I'm done telling me how many calories I burned and how many minutes I spent in each zone. After class, the trainer will explain the summary to you and answer any questions you may have. The trainers are open to giving you advice and helping with your nutritional needs and questions to help you achieve your goals.OTF Parker is an extremely positive environment where I know my time is well spent! I would recommend to everyone!
