TBH I don’t really push myself as hard if I’m taking a regular class or if I’m on the elliptical or treadmill on my own. P.A.S.E. Factor classes push me beyond what I think I can do. I love that it’s “only” 45 min long and that the longest amount of time of feeling like I am going to die, is only 1 minute. Granted, it’s the longest minute sometimes! The P.A.S.E. instructors, music and the vibe are all awesome and I have a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when it’s all done for the day. Check it out!

Workouts are great, but management is difficult to work with and cancellation policies are sketchy. They value taking your money more than taking care of their customers. McKenzie, the manager, charged my account 6 months after I stopped going to the workouts. I would think, to keep their customers happy, and to be a trustworthy business, they would give me notice they are going to take money out of my bank account, but instead they blamed me for this mistake and would not refund me. I will not recommend this club to anyone.
