I love Pilates Plus. Melissa, the owner, makes sure I get in regularly and really cares about her clients. The instructors are patient with me and my lack of coordination never making me feel bad for not understanding (or even falling off the pilates reformer) and the directions are always clear. I love that they offer a variety of other classes as well including barre and yoga and that they have the availability of a chiropractor and a massage therapist. I cannot wait for their new location in the Streets of Southglenn to open up when they will start offering aerial fabric as well!!!

Pilates Plus is fantastic! Their teachers are personable & really adept at cueing clients and adjusting the workouts to individual capabilities. They 've also done an amazing job keeping their facility clean and safe during the pandemic.

My husband and I did a private pilates session with Melissa today. It was so great. The studio is very clean and the equipment is beautiful. Melissa was a wonderful teacher and we came away feeling GREAT! We will be returning weekly, and can't wait for the next session!

Outstanding session with Melissa. Clean studio. Great atmosphere. Comfortable energy. Yet she made me work and it was a super informative session for a newbie. Highly recommend!
