I started attending Row House for added cross training in my off season from running. It was such a fun and welcoming environment! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so nice, gave me instruction and really made me feel like part of the “team”! I’m super grateful and hope I’ll be back to attend a class very soon!

Recently tried a class at Row House. The staff was all extremely nice. They taught me how to row (brand new to it) and explained how the class worked. Everyone in class was very welcoming. Nice, clean facility. Overall fun class and great workout. Highly recommend.

Great quick workout. In 45 minutes I have gotten a whole body, cardio workout. The instructor and music make it fly by. It’s an enjoyable workout!

Row Hiouse Ken Caryl consistently delivers great quality classes. All of the staff are exceptionally helpful with all needs from membership questions to modifications for a workout, etc... i recommend trying out a class to see what it is all about.

The welcome was excellent. A machine was already set out for me in the mid-back of the crew. It meant I was in a place I could watch both the instructor Alicia as well as the other members of the crew. Alicias playlist is, I have found out, the secret to the session.The class was a ‘Signature’ which included some time off the machine stretching and some yoga positions.The 45 minutes went quickly.My back has not felt this good in years.
