WAS A NICE PLACE! I've been a member for 5yrs. WAS a very nice place!.LATELY, I SEE AN INCREASE IN PEOPLE SLEEPING in the pool area chairs for6 +hrs. SLEEPING, taking 2 to 3 chairs to stretch their legs.Homeless People parking their expired plates vehicles in the lot ALL DAY with their towels on the outside windows. With children in the vehicles. Throwing trash around the parking lot. I've seen Arapahoe police talking to them... but, nothing happens for months. It's only going to ATTRACT MORE HOMELESS!The staff at Trails is aware of these occurrences, but nothing is being done!Im looking at other facilities and you should too. SAD. I have good memories of the Trails. But, I feel the SAFETY and cleanliness of the TRAILS is quickly fading!Trails managers Please resolve this issue or you will lose very loyal members.

Who ever is in charge of setting the swim schedules needs to be fired asap. They are clearly incompetent and basically making going to trails really annoying these days.They have basically made it impossible to get private swim lessons with this "new system" which has made good swim instructors leave and left people scrambling to secure spots on the website with instructors that can't keep appointments.This is clearly a case of unqualified people getting promoted to positions they should never be in to begin with and there is no telling how much damage they will do while they are there.There was absolutely no need to switch the private lesson system which incentivized the instructors to be on time cos they won't get paid if they don't submit vouchers for the private lessons.We have had lessons cancelled 3 times now after scheduling on the new system with instructors we haven't used before.Trails has been great up until this "genius" idea was put in place...it is really disappointing

I love going swimming 🏊‍♀️ there and sitting in there whirlpool it relaxing and I enjoy the lazy river I walk in it to help my legs get strength and I will try the steam room when I am there the family locker room is clean I am going to bring my boyfriend and his family here to have fun and the price I like I love how the life guards are watching everything so no one drowns I will be there next Saturday thank u for having great staff and the shower has shampoo and conditioner and body wash I can take a nice shower 🚿 and wash everything off iwill be there thank u I wish u gave towels to

Went with my cousins and we had a fabulous day. Bring some of your own food and a jacket. They do sell chili and chips which people seemed to enjoy. I wasn't in the mood for chili and we had brought snacks. I should have brought another jacket. They do sell a couple colors of hoodies (80 CD) and fleece ($160 CD), but the price is very expensive.

Staff is co-operative and friendly. swimming instructor’s are hard working and pay attention to each kid. Rec center is clean. Pay a visit , it’s worth it. Awesome!

This is a great place to use. The indoor pools are nice and clean. The lap pool is wonderful. The hot tub is great, too. The sauna and steam rooms are a wonderful addition. They have a full workout setup, and the second floor is a running and walking track.The downside is ....it can be quite pricey. There is no discount for veterans or seniors. Price is dependent where you live and if you pay and HOA.All in all, it is a nice place.

Beautiful setting, extremely clean outside and in, and lots of parking. Amenities 5 star and staff extremely friendly, especially Lifeguard Donavin G.

Great facility. I grew up coming to this place and after 20 years it is just as clean and convenient as always. We mostly use the pool and it’s always clean and has very attentive lifeguards who take pride in making sure everyone is safe and following the rules.

Great kids pool with a lazy river. Separate pool with lanes for laps. Two water slides. Hot tub, sauna and steam room too. Lots of exercise equipment, most of which were free of users when I was there.

Great place for swimming, gym and other activities like zumba, yoga, martial art or even birthday parties ! The place is big, clean and have lots of activities to offer. The ticket price is reasonable and it ia cheaper if you buy day pass packages.
