Zen Fit Nate has been a great personal training experience for me- the facilities are clean and quiet and he makes great affective workouts that fit your level of fitness but also challenge you. Highly recommend!

I have always been active and tried to “stay in shape” and eat sensibly. So it took me by surprise to realize I’d neglected exercise enough that it was hard for me to get up from the recliner, and even painful to get up from bed or stand up from gardening. Reaching overhead was painful and I was wakened from sleep with pain in both hands.Now, after my exercise program with Nate, it’s hard to rememberI had any pain. I’m stronger and more flexible. I can get up from the floor.Nate is knowledgeable and shares his expertise so that you not only learn what exercise to do, but why it helps. He is positive, encouraging, and directs your focus in an affirming way!

Nathan is so motivating and knowledgeable when it comes to personal training. I have learned so much from him, he makes me push myself to do better and to be stronger. He realizes it's not just about the physical there is a huge mental part to being healthy, and he is so understanding. We talked a lot about finding the balance. I would highly recommend Nathan Luce to anyone looking to take themselves physically and mentally to the next level.

I’ve been a client of Nathan’s for years now. He trained me in Colorado while I was pursuing MMA keeping me in shape and ready for anything. Now I still work with him via phone and visits. He coaches me on nutrition and workouts, making sure to switch it up about every six weeks. He listens to what your telling him about how your body is reacting and makes good calculated adjustments. I would recommend this man to everyone! Instate or out of state. He can really help you!!!

It had been a while since I’d worked out regularly so starting with a trainer had me a bit worried – especially because I was dealing with an injury. Does he have a bodybuilder attitude? Is he going to make me feel stupid? Is he going to push me too hard – to the point that I end up hurting myself more? As it turns out, I didn’t have to worry about any of that! Nate is a wonderful trainer. He is very knowledgeable. He has put together a set of exercise/routine to help me recover from my injury. Nate always takes the time to explain things to me or to answer my questions. He constantly encourages me to do more/better. He’s the ultimate cheerleader! I highly recommend training with Nate. You’ll be pleased with the results. I am!

I am 60 years old and Nate is my personal trainer. He challenges me at every session, yet listens to me and adjusts my workouts when I have any aches and pains. He’s very creative and changes up my routine so they are never boring. Nate is very personable, sweet and reliable. Strength training is so important at my age and Nate helps keep me sculpted and fit.
