Absolutely love this Training Center. Both my husband and myself decided to join in on the fun after watching the great time that my two sons 5 and 8 had during their training sessions. Great knowledgeable staff I love how they connect the skills to personal success factors and character traits to build a well rounded martial arts student.

United Marshall Arts and Fitness is the best marshall arts and kick boxing studio I've ever visited. Theresa, Byrne, the owner, takes great care to meet students where they are in their pursuit of fitness and marshal arts.From attending her kick boxing classes alone, I have lost 25# with thanks to Theresa's excellent instruction and coaching. I HIGHLY suggest getting to know Theresa and her instructors when searching for marshal arts and fitness classes for children, women and men.
