I love yoga, and unfortunately the yoga studio I was a member of went out of business due to covid-19. I have been really reluctant to try and find a new yoga family. A friend suggested I do an outdoor session with YogaSix, though with hesitation I agreed. I was impressed with how organized YogaSix is and not trying to sale me anything. They wanted me to have an enjoyable experience and let my experience speak for them. What impressed me most was Di, the yoga instructor. She walked around introduced herself to each and everyone of us. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Di’s class was fun, fluid, fresh, and she always gave modifications knowing that there was a variety of experience levels. If any corrections needed to be made, she did so hands free, giving visual cues demonstrating what the movement looks like and where you should and should not be feeling anything. YogaSix is a little out of my way, but I would gladly make the drive knowing that Di will be my instructor. I walked away feeling relaxed and satisfied with my yoga experience.

This is an incredible studio that is well thought out, clean and has phenomenal instructors. Shari is my absolute favorite! She is always attentive and focused on her students and creates a wonderful energy. The variety of classes available at the studio should fit a variety of interests and moods. Highly recommended!

Amazing studio and community. Made this beginner feel like part of the family. Took a hot class with Dree and she did a great job of catering to the more advanced Yogi’s in the room and also us beginners. When class was over Alli was there to answer all of our questions and helped me sign up with the 50% off first month October special. She wasn’t pushy but did a great job of introducing all the benefits Y6 has to offer. Don’t miss the October special!

I have been going to Yoga Six in Centennial since it opened in February this year and I have to say it is hands down the best thing to come out of 2020. Everything about this studio is outstanding. They have handled opening a studio during COVID like a champ. They offer a wide array of classes for all yogis ranging from virtual classes to socially distanced in-studio and outdoor classes making yoga accessible to everyone that would like to practice during these unprecedented times. The staff make you feel so welcome and genuinely feel like friends. All of the yoga instructors are incredible, and Di, the lead instructor, always find the perfect balance of pushing her students but also stressing the importance of listening to your body. If it seems like I'm gushing about this studio, I am. I cannot recommend Yoga Six Centennial enough.

For nearly 15 years I've been searching to feel aligned with and truly apart of a yoga studio. The moment I walked into the doors at Centennial, I knew it was different than anywhere else I had ever practiced. The instructors are filled with compassion, knowledge and a genuine investment in each person they work with. The studio is super clean, the lights during each class are a game changer, the scented cold towels for a blissful Savasana, and the way all 6 classes offered proved exactly what my body needs in the moment. Can't get enough and so grateful I gave it a try!

Have had such a great experience at this studio. They have been so considerate during the pandemic! I loved both the online classes and in person classes that Di does. She did such a great job with newbies and experienced folks alike! The positive energy rocks.

This is a brand new yoga studio that is unbelievably clean and modern. I would recommend a visit whether you are new to yoga or not. It was a ton of fun and I feel rejuvenated. Can’t wait to go back soon. Instructors and staff were smiling and very welcoming. Thanks for such a great first experience.

They are so kind and encouraging. I am an older, overweight, and out-of-shape beginner to yoga. The instructors help everyone adapt the moves to their personal level. I have to decrease the stretch or position of some moves, while others in …
