The staff at RAW fitness have curated workout programs that are fun, motivating, and achieve results. The partnered training setup lets me know that I’m not alone in my journey and has made me comfortable in a gym environment, but it has also taught me to compare myself to others less and to move at my own pace.In 6 months I have lost a total of 15 pounds and that does not include a change in diet! I’m excited to see the results of the 12-week balance program!

I loved everything about RAW Gym!! The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and energetic. There are a variety of classes that provide something for everybody. They also made sure I was doing each move correctly. which is important for my 60+ body! I feel stronger and energized each time I leave this gym!!!

I love the staff and style of personal training at Raw Fitness. I love how hands-on and educational my training sessions are. I learn a lot about correct form and have gained so much confidence in the gym. Working out through their program has been the only thing that has helped me stay consistent with exercise.What I love about Raw Fitness is that the culture is welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. The trainers advance the weights to a level that consistently challenges you. Danny and Ashley have pushed me to try weights that I never would’ve been brave enough to try on my own. The group classes are also a blast!

Raw Fitness and Trainer, Seth Jackson, have been a lifesaver for me! I was recovering from a knee injury and had gotten sluggish and was losing overall fitness and muscle tone. Seth is extremely knowledgeable and patient and developed adaptations around my injury to maximize my workouts safely. At 55 I am grateful to work with someone who is encouraging and patient so that I can see gains but at a steady and safe pace! The gym is always super clean and the equipment is diverse and in great shape. The team is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend training at Raw Fitness!

Turning 30 this past year, I was really feeling the pressure to prioritize my health. I started working out at Raw Fitness about 6 months ago doing partner training 3 days a week with Seth Jackson and have noticed immense improvements in my daily life. My mood is better, I have more energy, better endurance, have lost weight, and I am able to participate in hobbies like hiking again without my lack of physical fitness holding me back. Learning to work out can be really intimidating as a woman, but Raw is inclusive of all shapes and sizes regardless of experience and they always provide modifications for exercises that may be too advanced for me to do at my current level. I feel really comfortable working out here and actually look forward to my sessions each week (which I never thought I would say). I would highly recommend Raw Fitness and Seth to anyone looking to get into working out or improve their physical fitness!

I joined Raw a little over a week ago for the 3x a week partner training. I enjoy going, the people are so welcoming and friendly. My trainer Seth is very helpful and knowledgeable. All the trainers seem to really care! When I leave I feel like I got a great workout in. They are flexible for my schedule and I like that I make an appointment which helps me in showing up. I also appreciate that I can pay every two weeks auto draft instead of the total package upfront.I intend to be a member long term, if you considering joining I highly recommend them.

Raw fitness is the best personal training experience that I have had in the greater Champaign area. Danny is experienced and extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and stays up-to date on current practices and guidelines. His workouts are challenging but very doable and everything can be modified to your specific needs. The group workouts are fun, upbeat and everyone is welcoming. He has created an environment from the minute you step in on your first day you feel welcomed and encouraged to that post workout high that carries you through the day, and finally to that morning after soreness/burn that makes you want to go back for more! 100% Recommend Raw Fitness and training with Danny!

I couldn't feel more thankful for finding Raw Fitness after I moved to Champaign. Joining this facility has truly transformed my life in more ways then I can explain, and I have found more motivation during my 3 months here then at any other facility I've been too.The workouts Danny personally creates are challenging, effective and fun! But, Raw Fitness is so much more then just a location to come and complete a workout in. Danny goes above and beyond to make his members feel less like clients and more like family. Weather you are looking for a new community to join, a challenging workout, or just a change in pace I highly recommend joining Raw Fitness. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!!
