I trained here for 2 years. I came in without prior any weightlifting and took the foundations class which I highly recommend and regularly attended morning classes. Now, I'm much stronger, cardiovascularly fitter, and my mobility/flexibility have improved considerably.The coaches always make sure form/technique is consistent throughout, keep the workouts fun and bring a positive energy to class. Classes sizes are small enough that you'll have some degree of personalized attention.The gym and facilities (locker room and showers) are always extremely clean and the equipment is top-notch.

Genuinely nice coaches. Super clean gym. The coaches wrote Christmas cards... Never seen such nice coaches. Highly recommend this gym.

I've never tried crossfit before I came to this gym. The foundation course is great to get you started. I've learned a lot and got so much stronger over the past six months. Everyone's so friendly and encouraging. I'm really grateful to be part of the community :)

Best crossfit gym I have ever been to. The space and equipment are top notch. Everything is so clean. Coaches are super helpful and always push you to achieve your goals. They come up with super fun team/partner workouts and games that cant be found at other boxes. The owner is very passionate about the box which can be easily seen. The community is super nice. Working out here feels like going to a party, that you definitely dont wanna miss out on!
