Ive been training with Kyle for about 4 or so years and in that time I’ve gone and tried other gyms and workouts and keep coming back to Kyle. I like the size of gym and amount of people that come and workout, it’s never over crowded and you can always can get one on one time with Kyle if needed. He pushes you hard when you need it and I always get a good workout. He truly wants to help you achieve any personal workout and nutrition goals you want to reach.

My mom invited me to workout with her at Tactical when I came home from college and I had nothing but a positive experience! Kyle is a great trainer and one of the things I love about his classes is that they are a smaller grouping of people so he is able to personally help you. I have gone to the gym regularly over the years but Kyle always make sure to correct my form and teach me new things during my time spent at his facility. The rotations are switched up every week which kept me interested and I always felt like I got a good workout in when I was finished. Another plus about Tactical is that the individuals who attend the classes are friendly so I always felt comfortable working out.I would 10000% recommend Tactical Fitness!

I started going to Tactical Fitness a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed my experience! The owner Kyle has been incredibly accommodating. At many gyms it’s easy to be left feeling uncomfortable or out of place, but I have only felt welcomed and completely comfortable since joining. Everyone’s so kind and welcoming! I always feel like I get a really good workout and I certainly feel and see the progress I have made. I highly recommend Tactical Fitness to anyone looking for a welcoming workout environment with a skilled trainer that will give you the attention and results you’re looking for!

I have worked with Kyle since August and I can tell you right now it was the best decision I made he truly cared about my physical and mental health. He was extremely encouraging! Especially when I got endless texts from him reminding me to log my food in fitness pal.. lol. You will also hear all about his two little boys and his hella awesome wife. Guarantee you will start to build a real bond. He is very educated and trained to do what he does. I trust him in every way! If you’re on the fence, I suggest hopping off and putting your trust in Kyle. You won’t regret it!

This guy is one of the best in the business. If you want an Experienced Trainer with a vast wealth of knowledge, Kyle is your guy. I worked with him as a former trainer myself. I must admit, I learned a lot from his techniques and style of training over the years. Don’t trust your body to just any Trainer, Give Tactical fitness a shot!

Tactical Fitness is great. Kyle is the owner, and has trained me for several years. He knows his stuff, is tough on you when you need it. Gives you a push and encouragement when you struggle . Kyle is amazing! He never gives up on you, encourages you, helps with diet tips, and is generally a pleasure to be around. I have been going to see Kyle for years and anticipate will continue to go back. That extra piece of encouragement really goes far in achieving personal goals. The gym is nice and private. Following the recommendation of a good friend, I started training with Kyle about 9 weeks ago. At 40 years old I could see my body slowing down and knew it was time to make some healthy improvements. My goals were to lose weight, build strength, and increase mobility. In just a couple of months I have most certainly achieved results that are both impressive and satisfying. I feel stronger, maintain a better sleep cycle, and eat healthier foods. While the process is difficult, Kyle makes my workouts informative as well as enjoyable, and he keeps me honest in the gym. Show up early - grind as hard as you can - go home satisfied. In my opinion, there’s no more important expense than investing in oneself. Kyle’s time is worth every penny. Now go push yourself toward success. You’ll be surprised what you can achieve...
