I have worked with Kyle for years off and on and he is an amazing trainer. He focuses 100% on me, while I am in his studio. Also, when I am not in studio, he checks up on my diet and makes sure I am doing exactly what I need to lose weight. He is completely committed to my growth and me following his plans.

I’ve had 2 knee surgeries in the past resulting in strength/flexibility issues in my right leg. I started training with Kyle at Tactical Fitness with an emphasis on strengthening that leg. In the last 2 years I’ve made huge improvements and I’m able to do things that I haven’t been able to do since before the surgeries. Kyle keeps coming up with new ideas for training exercises tailored to improving that leg. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Kyle if you are interested in a personal trainer!

I've worked with Kyle for 4 years now. I've done one on one workouts in the studio, group sessions in the studio, training rides, and I've also been an online client. Kyle is extremely personable, and goes the extra mile to help you achieve your goals, whether they are fat loss related, improved physique, preparing for cycling season, or overcoming a physical setback. If you're in the market for a personal trainer or a cycling coach, Kyle is an excellent option!

Kyle is a wonderful, professional trainer. If you want to get faster on your bicycle or want to improve your overall health, he is definitely your one stop shop. Don't hesitate because you will NOT be disappointed. I've personally lost 35+lbs and have gotten a lot faster on my mtb since working with him!
