This is my first week of physical therapy for rotator cuff repair/biceps reattachment, and I'm extremely happy with the staff at Generations RC Charleston. They are professional, personable, and, honestly, fun to be around. They explain each exercise and its purpose, demonstrate them, and are happy to answer any questions I have. They have a great ability to handle multiple patients per hour without ignoring anyone's needs, and they're always positive and encouraging to everyone. They really do seem like friends, not just therapists. I'm also very impressed by how clean the facility is, and the fact that each piece of equipment is sanitized immediately before another patient uses it.Let's be real: physical therapy is not fun. It can be frustrating and painful. But thanks to the staff at Generations RC in Charleston, I actually look forward to my therapy sessions. The staffs personalities are worth coming for alone. They are welcoming, make you feel comfortable, and very funny. You can clearly tell they enjoy coming to work. That speaks volumes about the quality of the company. Plus after over a year of pain that wouldn’t go away, within days I was improving. I urge you to reach out. You’re insurance will most likely cover but even if it doesn’t, the visits are affordable.

Great care! Staff led by Dr Michael Hall is knowledgeable and efficient. They care about you improving and getting back to your normal life.
