All for a good price u get a place to swim in a warm pool, exercise ether in a cardio room or a gym or any of tracks. Also on the third floor it's outside so besides sun light there's 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and a gym.

I sent an email cancelling my membership due to Coronavirus. I apparently did not fill out the paperwork correctly so it was not honored though they can see from their records I have not visited a single time since that email. For a place promoting health and wellness, I was quite saddened by the Director's decision not to honor my written email to her citing 'auditing' requirements.

Every other gym in the area has the ability for its members to shower. If you do not have to wear your mask while you are at the machine working out, or swimming, or running, why can't you shower. Someone needs to re-evaluate this dumb policy.

Went from being the top gym to one of the worst in Charleston. Their rules and hours are draconian and prohibitive. For nearly a year now all amenities that set this gym apart have been removed, towel service, locker room showers, sauna, steam room, and full sized indoor basketball court. There's no mirrors for weight lifting. But the cost is still the same. The only thing they have reopened is the pool, but you can't shower. The majority of patrons are MUSC students and faculty who would like to go to the gym during lunch break but can't without showering. It’s been nearly a year and we aren't dealing with the same situation as we were last spring. I think it’s time to let your own paying members decide if they want to use showers, towels, and the sauna. They were always optional to begin with. They've been on reopening Phase 1 for a year now and during that time have actually imposed more restrictions such as silly separate Entrance and Exit doors, and have offered no hint at when we could expect to move into further phases. I personally have moved to a different gym that offers showers and sauna. Sadly I am still paying for a membership since it comes out of tuition. There has been a decline in membership because of this. A word of advice- start talking to your patrons and see what they want, because they’re the ones paying. But that probably doesn’t matter to you since all the MUSC students pay for a membership anyways, so who cares what they want?

Massive gymnasium floor laid out with every weight machine and free weight you could want. cardio equipment also very extensive in the next room. Less amenities due to restrictions but $20 day pass for just using the gym is not bad in my opinion because the gym is top notch. Will return if I’m ever back in town!

Really enjoy the pool and pickleball amenity, but really don’t use anything else. Kevin and Martha are amazing ambassadors for the MUSC Wellness Center. One suggestion would be to have a smoothie bar for people on the go, which is a nice amenity and also adds revenue to your bottom line.

Tried to cancel my membership since the facility was shutdown at the start of the pandemic. There was no one to answer phones and no one responded to my voicemails. I tried to get a refund for the months that I've been charged, despite trying to cancel, and I'm told that I did not fill out the optional gym credit form. Apparently members were given an "option" to be reimbursed for the charges that continued while they were CLOSED. I never saw this email and when I asked about it they avoided the question. It's sad that they feel they need to take advantage of people during COVID. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone

Raising their cost to over 90 a month but still have not brought back amenities such as sauna and towel service. Most equipment is off limits as well. Not sure why I am paying more for less. All other gyms in the area are back to full operation and most are half the cost.
