Really chill gym. Friendly staff. I don't know about the trainers personally, but they seem to keep the clientele and add new ones. Has a pool and a sauna, if you feel like. The equipment is plentiful as well (I go in early AM or Late PM). If you're looking for a great place to exercise, this is it. The cost is a little more than my previous gym, Planet Fitness; But it's similar to most other gyms. (Also, the people that I've spoken to here seem like really good people)

The best Health Club/Fitness Center in Kanawha-Putnam and 5 Surrounding County Area! Best Equipment, Largest Weight, Cardio, and Fitness Programs, Superior and Professional Staff and Trainers, Extremely Clean Facility! I highly recommend Nautilus of Kanawha City to all of my Family, Friends and Clients ! I have worked out at Nautilus for over 20 plus years started at age 17 ! The place place is very clean and the equipment is always fairly maintained, the price is ok. the staff are consistently rude though its very off putting anytime you have to talk to one,because you know its going to be a problem.

Senior Fit is one of the reasons I keep renewing my membership. I have been a member of this club for 15 years. I have always appreciated how the staff is always up to date with fresh new programming ideas.As a 70 year old, I really am enjoying the newest program- Senior Fit.It is a great work out with music appropriate for my generation with instructors who not only lead but educate Seniors on ways to achieve fitness goals.I highly recommend this class

Wish the pool at this location was child friendly and the daycare had better hours. The shorter hoyrs on weekends are inconvenient but the facility is clean and staff is friendly. Plenty of equipment.
