I started going to O2 about one month ago and I've loved it so far! I used my 2 free personal training sessions with Sierra who taught me which of my muscles were underperforming and which ones were overcompensating. She was friendly and inviting and extremely knowledgeable about muscle groups and what machines/workouts are best for working each. I signed up to work with her 3 times per week and so far the experience has been fantastic! I'm excited to keep working with Sierra and learning how to improve my strength and endurance.

I've been going to O2 for a while now and it is hands down the best gym in Charleston! Having never had a personal trainer before, Dennis was very helpful when it came to expanding my workout routines. He is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to exercises. I'm so glad I found O2 and my fitness has increased significantly since joining.

2 beautiful ladies at the front desk were so welcoming & wonderful! Shoutout to Julia🫶🏼 Ended up working out at both locations for free both mornings of my stay! Best “1st time at a gym” experience ever tbh!! If I ever move to the area you know I’ll be back!They even recommended the best smoothie place after!10/10 staff, trainers & vibes!!

Great gym, well maintained & clean space, and a friendly staff. I mostly go for weight lifting, but I have also taken some yoga classes here too. They have a ton of machines and equipment, and I very rarely have to wait to use something.Also, it has a much more chill atmosphere than some other gyms in the area. I haven’t encountered any rude/obnoxious fellow weight lifters (but I don’t go at peak times so ymmv).Love this gym, super glad I made the switch.

O2 Fitness on James Island is a spacious, well-maintained and clean gym with knowledgeable staff. The personal trainers are very professional and use a personalized approach to fitness coaching. In particular, my trainer, Nick M., has been instrumental in helping me achieve (and expand) my fitness goals. Overall, O2 is a great place to work out, and a gym that I recommend. I follow and highly recommend establishing a regular personal training regimen with Nick M. (2-3x per week)!

As a new member, I'm grateful that Haley was very helpful and accommodating as she showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. Residing in West Ashley and working on James Island, I appreciate the convenience and opportunity to be able to conduct my fitness routines at both locations.

I’ve been to many gyms but O2 Fitness is definitely at the top of my list. Friendly staff, so much space, tons of awesome equipment. I thrive at this gym and feel comfortable achieving my goals here! Love it!

I moved to Charleston few weeks ago and finding a good gym was struggle. I was looking at gyms in area and I saw O2! There’s no O2 back in DC so for me it was definitely something new. I checked out the gym and within few minutes I liked the gym. Stuff are super nice and friendly, Lot of new equipments and it’s Very clean. So I couldn’t asked for a better gym😊.
