O2 Fitness in West Ashley is hands-down the best gym in Charleston!Not only is the gym great, but they also have Renew Physiotherapy inside — it’s great having the option of a recovery session right inside the gym!10/10 recommend checking out West Ashley’s O2 if you’re local or if you’re visiting!

My first impression of O2 fitness in West Ashley is that the atmosphere makes me want to dance like at a nightclub only it’s for fitness and it’s 5 AM when I’m there. I’ve been training with Jenn for about 3 months now and it is pretty much the first time in my life I have a somewhat consistent workout routine with accountability and noticeable results. I didn’t know how to workout before. Now I’m getting somewhere because Jenn keeps me on track and has great attention to detail by always correcting my form. The only reason I haven’t left 5 stars is because I wish the gym had less people some days and more people would go over to James Island.

Really enjoyed my experience with this gym! As a trainer, Grayson is awesome. He helped me identify my fitness goals, meet those goals, and eventually exceed them.Overall, a great experience at a solid gym.

Jenn Raad has been the most objectively positive human being. I decided to train with her after asking her a question about my squat on the floor. Personal training is personal because we are here to better ourselves and to do the work. Jenn recommended I check in with the in house therapists at Renew, Natalie and Jenn are the most professional and hope inspiring support I have received in years. I’m a lucky gal and Jenn tells me exactly what I need every session, she does not sugar coat. She reminds me how powerful my mind is and how capable I am. Now I’m gonna tear up ok GO get into o2 and get a free program design session with Jenn to see what I’m talking about

The facilities are great and the staff even better, I came in trying to get my fitness goals back on track and Jenn helped me with that and more. From correcting my form on my lifts to helping me fix deficiencies in my range of motion, Jenn helped me tremendously and kept me smiling the whole time. Very thankful and now in great shape!

Gym gets the job done, but really continue going for the personal training. Jenn R is the best and really takes pride and puts in a tremendous effort with each of her clients. If you need a personal trainer to keep you on track with your goals, stay driven / positive, and get a good laugh too… ask for Jenn R!

O2 Cycle classes with Shereta, Vance, Marie, Allie and others are fantastic! All instructors are very helpful and welcoming. The music and energy really get you going, and the facilities are clean with great equipment. There are lots of other great class options available too.My wife and I love the cycle classes!

O2 Fitness West Ashley is a great place for exercise and training, clean, well-organized, with lots of space and equipment, and a professional and friendly staff. I have been training with Jenn for the past several months. She is experienced and knowledgeable, and the sessions have already made -- and continue to make -- a great positive difference to my health and fitness!

Jenn is the best! If you're looking for a trainer that listens to your goals, pays attention to your movements, and makes the corrections you need to lift correctly and prevent injury - SHE IS YOUR GIRL!Jenn cares about each client and tailors all her programs to THEIR needs, not her own interests. She is an amazing trainer and I am so glad I got a spot on her schedule! <3 She checks in, holds you accountable, and makes you feel accomplished at the end of every session.
